(j.r.)they don't, they just learned today that the urn was stolen from a location on this concord street. sot i just want my mom back marjorie ferguson is broken up and begging for help. within the last week a thief broke into the rv she is living in with her husband and stole numerous items...includin g the keepsake urn that held a portion of her mother's ashes. sot they took a wooden box.....that had my mother's urn in it with her ashes and her rosery beads and an angel and different memorabilia stuff that i had packed away to keep with me and i just want that back i want my mom's ashes backit has been a tough couple of weeks for rjorie. she and hehusband were forced out of their home, they are living in this r.v. and have been unable to find an affordable site to park it. days after they began living on the streets in the r-v the

(pam) a man is under arrest who was allegedly seen twice on surveillance video in two separate incidents, violently kicking a homeless person. we want to warn you ... this video is graphic. the latest incident happened near san francisco's tenderloin neighborhood on may 24th on leavenworth street. the homeless man, was lying down on the sidewalk when the suspect approached him and, without warning, began kicking him in the face. in the other alleged attack, the same suspect allegedly

approached another man while on a san francisco municipal railway. police arrested 58-year-old samuel youmtoub (yoom-tub) of san francisco on suspicion of aggravated assault. (ken) in the east bay, police in hercules are looking for two men who robbed a home depot twice in less than a week. (ken)kron 4's charles clifford explanis that the suspects took power tools from the store and then returned two days later and stole more items. the hercules police department says that back on june 12th officers responded to home depot on reports of someone stealing power tools just before 930 in the morning. the suspect were described as african american adult males and surveillance video from the store shows at least one of the men carrying several large items as he leaves the building without paying. witnesses reported that the suspects were driving a black bmw with dealer plates. officers spotted the vehicle leaving the araea on west bound 80 but following a short pursuit the suspects escaped. two days later on june 14th, officers again responded to the home depot on reports of robbery. this time the video show a single suspect who bears a strong resemblance to

the suspect from two days earlier. he also appears to be taking some of the times as before. according to police, the suspect put the tools in a shopping cart and left through the contractor exit, passing right by two registers without paying. the suspect then loaded the tools into a blue nissan maxima, which had tape covering the license plates and fled the area. a second occupant was also seen in the vehilce.so far police have not identified these suspects, nor do we know the value of the items that were taken. (ken)new video of a truly frightening accident for some tourists in northwest china.at least nine visitors at a mountain resort were injured when a ceiling decoration collapsed onto an escalator. staff members and other tourists tried to free the victims from underneath the debris. several people were taken to a hospital. several people got very sick because of these practices, and there could be other victims out there. the san francisco district attorney says an undercover investigation was launched into the hue an company here on jackson street after people reported getting violently ill from an allergic reaction from drugs being dispensed by the owner....bihn vi.he was selling over the counter counterfeit, mislabeled and sometimes drugs without a prescriptionthe 67 year old store owner did not want to go on camera but told me he's been at this location since 1989. he pleaded not guilty to the charges. his attorney said in a statement "mr. vi is a law-abiding family man and longtime san franciscan who is looking forward to clearing his name in court." today the d-a along with public health officials talked to seniors at the self help for the elderly because they believe there are other victims out there.....and not only from this one case. it's a national problem, in 2014 federal agents seized about 73 million worth of counterfeit and adulterated drugs in this country they warned those in the audience to make sure if they are buying prescriptions to make sure the dispensary's layed...and if they aren't asked for a prescription...that's a red flag that it's an illegal operation.you have to ask yourself for the cost savings if it isn't worth my health is it worth the long-term potential effects. they were also warned to watch out for

washed ashore on 'beer can beach in aptos.. kron4's michelle kingston spoke to one of the men who helped move the carcass -- it measured about nine- feet long... and weighed about 500- pounds. who live in the area... they have a hard time breaking bad habits... in 38 years i've have never seen anybody come down in a wheelchair i brought a wheelchair an electric wheelchair a couple months ago it's almost impossible use, so gotta use the street if i want to go and by something. there are two side to every coin horacho live across the street maybe 4 houses from diane and her husband in the brentwood section of south san francisco (so if somebody has to come up with a wheelchair how come they couldn't come up with way) oh you mean go around your truck..no i'm not saying go around the truck im saying go up here if they have to go that way ok , before i have you thinking this story is about one truck and one person using a wheelchair its not it's bout the whole neighborhood i am thinking
