( darya ) the big story we've been covering all morning in the south bay... where a stanford lecturere has been arrested for peeping into several homes... while naked. and this is not the first time 60 year old mark veregge has been caught doing this kind of thing. you can see veregge in this video walking naked in front of the home.he knocked on the front door looked through a window and then fled the scene. san jose police say between feburary 15th and march fifth veregge committed several acts of indecent exposure. the video helped police identify the 60-year-old. he has been arrested on multiple counts of misdeamnor of peeping and prowling. a charge he also faced back in 20-17. veregge is now at the santa clara county jail. ( darya ) in the east bay . a 10-thousand dollar reward is being offered to catch a masked gunman ... who stole laptops from customers inside an oakland coffee shop. the armed robbery happened at the

"world ground" cafe. the gunman stormed the place and demanded the laptops from every customer inside. police are looking at security video from nearby businesses to find the robber. the owner says heard what was happening from the backroom and immediately called police.

also provides prevention and resources for you or your ( darya ) new charges have been filed against the man accused of being the nor-cal rapist. prosecutors in sacramento county say... roy charles waller is linked to six attacks against two women in davis back in 1997. that brings the total number of victims to nine ... in six counties. waller pleaded not guilty and was arrested based on d-n-a evidence found last september at u-c berkeley ... where he worked as a safety specialist. authorities say... waller broke into homes late at night ... between 1991 and 2006 ... often assaulting his victims repeatedly. ( darya ) happening today... a judge could decide if the man accused of killing a woman at an east bay bart station is fit to stand trial. a judge will hear a psychiatrist's report on the mental competency of john lee cowell. he is accused of killing 18-year-old nia wilson at the macarthur bart station

( darya ) new this morning... police in santa rosa are looking for this woman after they say she burglarized the home of an 89-year-old woman. the woman stole credit cards and then used them in the old k-mart center. the woman was last seen driving a silver 4-door toyota tacoma with black rims. ( darya ) san francisco police are investigating a home invasion robbery in the city's outer mission neighborhood. it happened at a home in the 200- block of foote avenue. police say a 69-year-old woman.. discovered a man in the process of stealing jewelry. they say, she confronted him - but he told her to stay in the bedroom and then he ran away with her items. ( darya ) happening now. police need help searching for 16-year-old boy with special needs ... who went missing in antioch. his name is kevin. he was last seen around 3 pm yesterday inside the lowe's store on lone tree way. kevin has a small hump in his

some who have been waiting for more than 3 yearsin a statement pg&e says the "incentive plan prioritizes safety and operational excellence (and) ....provides appropriate incentives for our team members to help us achieve our safety and operational goals."in court documents the basis for a raise is based 40% on the companys financial performance and 50% on safety, however danko points out of that 50% on safety only 10% deals with the safety of the public.sot the reason why we are in this situation is because pge has prioritized profits over safety and the bonus structure they have proposed ( darya ) for your health this morning. local doctors don't expect the measles to spread here in the bay area

... like it has in other states around the country. they credit tougher laws and policies for keeping the disease at bay. s-b 2-77... which aims to keep fewer non vaccinated kids from entering the school system stripped away the personal belief the personal belief exception. so now only kids with a medical reason can skip getting their shots before entering public and private schools... and even day care centers. contra costa county has seen an increase in the number of kids with vaccines entering kindergarten since the law went into affect in 2016. ( darya ) the state department of health says 95% of california kindergartners have gotten their required shots since the law went into effect. that's the highest reported level on record.
