the first day of spring is coming along with some pretty big changes today. a look outside shows skies cloudy and rainy something that we will be seeing across the bay not just through the morning but well into the afternoon. current temperatures are seen as pretty mild, the biggest thing you have to remember as your stepping outside is grabbing that rain jacket or umbrella. satellite and radar shows all the green and yellow indicating that rainfall that is pushing into the bay currently.this afternoon expect daytime highs to peak into the upper 50's and low 60's, this making for a noticeably cooler day than we've felt lately among all the other changes in today's weather.the next 7 days temperatures will level out in the 60's with rain possible to the start of the weekend interspersed by drier conditions as well.

( james ) breaking overnight...police are investigating two separate shootings in oakland..one shooting happened around 6:30 last night in the 1500 block of east 16th street. a man died from his injuries in that shooting..no one else was hurt. a few hours later...two men were shot in the 2600 block of foothill boulevard.

the men took themselves to a hospital...one of them was listed in critical condition this morning. police have not made arrests in either shooting. ( will ) the oakland raiders are about to cross the end zone and score one more season at the coliseum. the alameda county board of supervisors approved a lease agreement yesterday. it comes just days after the oakland-alameda county coliseum authority approved the lease aggreement. now, the oakland city council will have to vote on the agreement. the team has until march 24th to find a place for their home games this fall. the raiders are planning to move to las vegas. but a new staidum there will not be ready until the fall of 2020. ( will ) criminal charges

will not be filed against giants c-e-o and part -owner larry baer ... following an altercation with his wife in public. the incident ppened franci this is video of it from t-m-z. it shows baer and his wife fighting over a cellhone. at one point she falls to the ground. the couple released a statement saying they were embarrassed by the situation. baer has since taken a leave of absence from the team. major league baseball and the giants haven't announced if they will punish baer in any way. ( james )( james ) attorneys for wildfire victims believe p-g-and-e knew about the risk of the deadly camp fire and chose to ignore it. they say they've uncovered internal documents supporting their claim. an internal pg&e email from 2014 indicated the company knew ansmission lin were likely to fail, but the company took no action.
