overnight... a woman has come forward accusing several cal football players and coaches of sexual harassment. the accusations were made last night on social media and the school is now responding. kron 4's sara stinson is live at u-c berkeley this morning with the details. a former cal atheltics intern wrote a lengthy post yesterday on facebook accusing football players and coaches of sexual harassment.kron 4 is not identifying the student because she could be a victim of sexual assault. in the student's post - she describes several instances of alleged sexual harassment including a

time when she says a coach told her i will get you fired if you do not have sex with me. she also alleges that an unnamed coach invited her back to memorial stadium to his office at midnight.she wrote in the facebook post quote "he snuck me into his office, i put my backpack and binder down, and he immediately grabbed for my waist. i was terrified, my mind was fuzzy, and i do not remember much from that night. he kept kissing me, pushing me against the wall, and i left."in another instance the student claims that at an away game a coach invited her back to his hotel room and tried to have sex with her, but when she denied him he became very angry.she said this coach is still employed by cal athletics.overnight cal berkley athletics released a statement to sports illustrated stating quote we are aware of the very disturbing public allegations made on social media.cal

middle of the night. here's a sketch of the home intruder. this happened in the 39-hundred block of el camino real just before 4 a-m sunday morning. a woman says he entered the apartment through an unlocked front door. she says he was wearing a glove and holding a flashlight ... when the man tried to talk to her. police say the man did not steal anything or touch the woman. she was able to leave the room unharmed, and then the inruder left her apartment a short time after. (áboxesá) happening today ... the oakland city council will vote on the lease agreement for the raiders to play another season at the coliseum. the lease agreement has already been approved by the alameda county board of supervisors. the team has until march 24th to find a place for their home games this fall. the raiders are eventually moving to las vegas -- but the stadium there will not be ready until 2020 at the earliest. happening today. the pittsburg woman charged with attempted murder for shooting her husband ... is

set to appear in court. this is a picture of the victim ... paul shatswell. police say maria vides (vee-des) shot her husband over the weekend during a domestic vieolence incident. shatswell is the principal at the pittsburg adult education center. he is currently in a coma suffering from a brain injury and paralysis. people left flowers outside his home... along with a note full of prayers. shatswell's wife is also facing charges including enhancements to cause great bodily injury and paralysis. ( will ) happening today... president trump is expected to sign an executive orer addressing free speech on college campuses. earlier this month the president said that requiring colleges to support free speech could be tied to federal research money. in the past the president has threatened to stop giving money to u-c berkeley. he latched on to the idea after this incident on the berkeley campus when a man attacked a conservative activist. the man seen punching the activist in this video has been charged

with three felonies. ( james ) the father of a 25-year old woman killed in a freeway shooting... is speaking out since her death. he is pleading for the shooter to come forward. fred hillery's daughter destinee was killed when her car crashed into a guardrail on highway 4. investigators found bullet holes through the windshield. c-h-p says they were looking into if the shooting was possibly gang related, but the family says her daughter could never be apart of that.

( james ) new this morning... we now know the name of the man killed in a deadly hit an run. pittsburg police say 42- year-old felipe estrella died after he was hit on the intersection of west leland road and bailey road. police are now examining the city's video surveillance system to try to find the driver responsible. in the east bay. oakland police are looking for a car that may be connected to armed robberies. here are pictures of the car. its described as 2010- 2014 honda insight hybrid, with 4 - doors and red or burgundy in color. investigators say, the robberies occurred in many locations around oakland. ( will ) in the east bay... in contra costa county... the public works department is making an attempt to break up sideshows... which keep happening on the backroads in martinez.( james ) kron four's philippe djegal has the details. they happen all over. they're dangerous and potentially deadly. they type of risk that has been carried out here in martinez for quite some time... which is why the contra costa county public works department is trying something different... something out of the box, to combat the problem.steve padilla/public works- "this is a first of its kind, uh project, uh, not only in contra costa county, but i believe in the bay area." last week, at the intersection of alhambra valley and bear creek roads... public works installed about 100 raised pavement markers where the roads divide. they're about six inches wide and an inch and three quarters high. the domes won't stop people from driving over them... but doing so could damage your car's alignment. the domes will also help lessen the thick streaks typically left on roads associated with side shows.steve padilla/public works- "as the car is turning, they're going to hit these raised markers, and it's going to not make it for a smooth ride. uh, and you know, they wanna be able to, you know, to do the cookies and to turn in a way, uh, that they're unimpeded and these raised markers are going to impede that and so we're hoping that, um, they won't be able to do the way they want to do it, uh, with these raised markers." improvements have also been made to the shoulder lanes... making them more visible. public works says this is a relatively

inexpensive pilot project. they'll work with law enforcement to determine if they work. and, if they do, this set-up may be replicated elsewhere. in martinez, philippe djegal, kron four news. (á2 shotá) ( james ) we are learning new details about the nation wide college admission cheating scandal. a hillsborough couple is charged for taking part in the scheme for two of their daughters.( will ) bruce and davina isackson allegedly paid for the admissions with more than a 500 thousand dollars worth of facebook stock. the daughter's profile says she is on the u-c-l-a soccer team... and played for the woodside

soccer club for 4 years. but the current headcoach of the team says they can't find anyone who remembers her playing for them. according to the court documents --- the isacksons agreed to use bribery to secure her admission to an elite school. and rick singer used a falsified soccer profile to do so. and in 2016 the father transfered over a quarter of a million dollars in facebook stock to singer's charitable foundation.

reserve mentioned yesterday that they are likely done raising interest rates in 2019. the average rate on the popular 30-year fixed rate mortgage fell sharply to 4.34 percent, the lowest in over a year and 19 basis points lower than a year ago. most people can afford a monthly payment and payments get lower when rates fall. the rate had surged to over 5 percent at the start of november, which caused home sales to fall sharply in december and january.

winner: san francisco's levi strauss returns to public markets . . . levi strauss ipo shares are in high demand. the inventor of the blue jean is back in the public markets for the first time since 1985. the san francisco based company was originally founded in 1853 when bavarian-born levi strauss opened a store in san francisco to sell pants to miners during the california gold rush.

mkingstonnewsthat driver hit a pot hole ... on busy 280 just behind me and it set off her airbags! now she says the bill to fix her car -- is more than what it's worth.nat: omg are you kidding me?pot holes are found all over bay area roads ... and for one unlikely driver -- she hit a big one in her bmw last week that set off her airbags!"the minute i hit the pot hole, i hear this boom!"she didn't want to go on camera ... but showed us her car ... and the damage."it's like a deafening boom! ... i thought maybe a tire had blown or something but none of my tires blew. just literally the side curtain air bag and the door air bag on the passenger side had blown out of the car." nat: what do i do about this? her dash cam caught a bit of her commute on 280 north ... but just as she got off the geneva/ocean avenue exit ... and hit the pot hole ... the camera broke"the car was full of the smell of airbags, you know, the chemicals that go off ... and i'm thinking, this can't be happening. this isn't real. my tires not blown. how does a pot hole make a car blow air bags?"the estimate she received at an auto body shop is more than what her 2001 bmw is worth ... she's put a claim in to cal trans to see if they'll pay for the damage ...but they tell kron 4 they only pay if someone had previously reported about the pothole.if no one complained

-- they say the driver is responsible."what just happened to me, like, how is this happening?"in south san francisco michelle kingston kron 4 news 4 news ( james ) happening tomorrow...officials will consider a proposal to increase tolls on the golden gate bridge over five years starting july 1st. under one proposal, there would be a 30-cent yearly increase to fastrak, a 20-cent yearly increase to pay-as-you-go and a 35-cent yearly increase under invoice billing. under another option the prices would be even higher. the bridge district says the five-year toll increases are necessary because it needs

75 million dollars to maintain service. the board meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. tomorrow in the board's office in the toll plaza building. ( james ) on the peninsula. two redwood city police officers will not be charged with criminal offences ... in the death of a man who tried to stab them with a knife. it happened at the home of kyle hart on december 10th after his wife called police because he was apparently trying to kill himself. at one point, hart charged at officers and when a stun gun did not stop him... that's when they opened fire. the san mateo county district attorney says the use of force by officers in this case was lawful. ( will ) the body of a 5-year-old girl who fell into the stanislaus river on sunday has been found. divers found matilda ortiz under the surface and tangled in debris last night. family members say the girl slipped on some rocks and fell into the stanislaus river. the desperate search for the 5-year-old was hampered by the rain-swollen condition of the

river. stanislaus county sheriff's deputies worked non- stop to recover the girl's body. a man in petaluma is beaten and police now trying to figure out if it was a hate crime. witnesses say they were about a block away from from the 2-5-6 north restaurant ... when they saw four to five men attack a man. the 60- year old victim suffered broken bones in his face. he was in the hospital for two days. but right now -- petaluma police are trying clear up some inconsistancies between the victim's statement ... and statements from his friends. neither the victim nor his friends could provide a good description of the attackers ... other than they were driving an emerald green honda civic.

( will ) prices are continuing to rise in the bay area housing market.( james ) kron four's rob fladeboe has some reaction to a new survey by zillow that new survey by zillow that finds the highest average home price in san jose. according to a new survey from the on line real estate service known as zillow, the median sale price here in san jose has now has pushed up to a jaw-dropping$1-point-2 million dollars. zillow says the market here has cooled some but it's still one of the hottest markets in the country. i asked local realtor ri smith for his opinion.rick smith/windemere real estatewhile some sellers have cut prices a bit and some properties are taking longer to sell, many buyers have been pushed out. for example, a family with an annual income of about $100,000 a year would need to put roughly $600,000 down to keep mortgage payments at 30-percent of their monthly earnings. there is something
