friendly skies. and we're looking at nice weather for the week july 1st first a july. >>good weather for some flying because a lot of people are going to be doing that this week, how yeah holiday no delays. the cso they were doing pretty good at was delayed coming in to us of course you are chicago's foe. that was more like mother nature's fault, but here in the bay and i think that's really going to slow us down too terribly much we have a touch of fog across the coast. but that's already burning off out there in the east bay. you can see that fog in the distance right there on the peninsula but we're already taken in that sunshine over berkeley and oakland and areas closer to the water are going to be seeing even more of it, yourself as we work into the afternoon 60's were sitting for most of the bay at that this time. we started the morning in the 50's 60's right now some 70's 80's later on
9:48 am
today. so temperatures are gradually going to rise under the sunshine that you're already seeing skies going to remain nice and dry not just today but 3 or 4 casters a weak low pressure system to our west. this is going help to weaken our high pressure ridge just enough to keep us out of the 90's and only in the upper low 80's. i should say for daytime highs inland with them, upper 60's to low 70's, closer to the water you're going to see some cloudy skies at times by the coast and also a a push of fog during morning hours which is typical for this time of year. but overall it is a clear and dry forecast ahead of us and one that is looking really nice all the way through the 4th of july. temperatures today in the 60's for san francisco as well as along the coastline and some 60's and 70's elsewhere along the bay side of the bay today will be in a of range of mid 70's to low 80's like you're going to see in the south bay with campbell was gatos in san jose, each 80 for daytime highs. fremont union city and hayward from 75 to 73 degrees while livermore
9:49 am
on up through san ramon walnut creek. and eventually up to concord on the upper 70's to low 80's, oakland right at 70 making for a comfortable one a bit on the breezy side through pittsburgh. any off i any aka through vacaville while sonoma and napa each at 80 and also 80 degrees today and santa rosa taking a look at your next 7 days skies are going to stay, but at least sunny again that doesn't mean we will have our foggy mornings but some really nice afternoons as for thursday temperatures just below average low 80's inland with some 60's and 70's by the day. temperatures for the weekend ahead eventually rising back near 90 degrees. so enjoy this comfortable week while we've got it, rebecca. >>now definitely look for and all that sunshine john right now we're seeing a whole lot of traffic in grey skies here. the approach to the bay bridge toll plaza. it said definitely improved in the cash lanes fast track has been a pretty nice pretty for the last hour and a half or so, but now
9:50 am
you're just going to see a minor weight and some of cash paying lanes there. but once you get on to the stand it will be a little bit slow in go because so many folks are on the upper deck trying to get in the san francisco. we're clocking in at 23 minutes right now. as we take a peek at the san mateo bridge 20 minutes and look at that it's really starting to thin out on the right hand side westbound 92. no problems no delays to report over to the and look at this pretty much wide open here at the richmond sandra fell bridge. it looks great as we approach the 10 o'clock hour 13 minutes from the pay gates out a one on one in the north bay and yet that stubborn fog we're still seeing it coming out the golden gate bridge, the zipper truck though definitely reconfiguring the lanes making it even easier 24 minutes. so far and south one oh one into san francisco daryn. >>stowed spread in the new or even >>want to be appalled.
