following this morning ... the five men arsted in connection with the deadly halloween night shting in orinda, will not be charged. kron 4's noelle bellow talked with the d-a's office about the surprising decision not to file charges right now. ultimately we were not able to make a filing decision, so no charges will be filed agnst any of the suspects. a stunning development monday, in the investigation into the deadly shooting in orinda halloween night.. that left five people delast ursday, a number of raids were carried out thatesulted in five arrests.. shron mitchell, jaquez swney, were all arrested thursday, es ong with the promot of the party, devin williamson. the sheriff's office said last week they were still ying to pie together who shot w -- but ontra costa shiff david livingston said they did kn it came downto gang

here in marin county there could be more than 23- thousand 400 customers without wer if this power shutoff is put into place by pg and e.i'm live in mill valley where thousands of customers would be affected - you can see on the map almost the entire area is covered in this ps-ps warning. other cities impacted would be novato, san anselmo, fairfax, san rafael - just to name a few. pg and e has notified customers in 25 counties including marin about this pottial shutoff that would start wednesday morning. it may feel expected sie temperatures aren't scorching by y means. but it is more the worsening dry conditions and expected hi wind gusts riskfor damage and sparks on the electric system that ve the potential to ignite a fire in dry vegetation areas.these conditions are expected to continue intthursday mid- morning.we caught up with marin county firefighters about the fire danger andhow they are preparing.sot pg and e says if they will inspect ther - then
