police are investigating a murder near cheyenne and lamb. this all happened around 9:30 last night. one person was shot to death at an apartment complex there. we are working on getting more details now. right now...the search is on for whoever stole artwork from the container park downtown. "the love locket" -- is what vandals took. it's this well-known heart-shaped piece of artwork where visitors could attach their own lock to show that they were there. the artwork was taken yesterday morning...and we're told the crooks apparently hooked up a truck to the front of the sculpture, tearing off the front of it.. they left a big mess the sculpture so it can be restored. there is new outrage this morning about those solar energy rate hikes recently approved by the puc.. soalr n-v held a meeting last

comedian bill cosby. renita hill filed the lawsuit in october. she claims cosby defamed her in the media. hill is one of more than 50 women who have accused cosby of sexual assault. hills lawyers say the deision will be appealed. cosby is still in the middle of many lawsuits...ranging from defamation to sexual assault. people in a central valley neighborhood say squatters living in the area have forced them to move out. the people who are still there are stuck living in fear. they reached out to action news... and when you ask, we investigate. people who live in these apartments behind walgreens near maryland and vegas valley say they've tried everything. they've called police...code enforcment...even the h-o-a. we checked it out and found...squatters are living in the old walgreens. they have toiletries, cooking supplies, clothes, even
