"we could've seen him, he was not dead when he first got shot, i kept watching the news i didn't know it was him!" just heartbreaking....that woman is a loved one to the victim. detectives say they were able to pull surveilvance videos. the search for those responsible continues this morning.

apartments on the east side of the valley say it's a complete nightmare. they reached out to 13 action news in need of help! and when you ask...we investigate. it's not the first time our crew has been called out to these apartments near boulder highway and harmon. before, residents went days without hot water. but now, there are more issues. justin marshall lives there and says a man once arrested for opening fire in his apartment has now been allowed back! i want people to know, to understand that this place, canyon pointe apartments..if you have relatives, if you have people looking to get into an apartment. this is not the place." john marshall angry tenant 11 secs that's not the only problem...another tenant says she's found over 20 roaches in her apartment as well. we tried to talk to the front office and after asking us to leave a manager spoke with us off-camera. she says all the complaints have been fixed and showed us the paper work to prove it. a las vegas company is planning a -1- hundred -25- room hotel
