police are searching for suspects after a man was shot near las vegas boulevard and sahara. officers tell us he was shot in the abdomen, but is not cooperating. also new overnight... a man was shot in henderson after getting in a fight with another man near horizon ridge and green valley parkway. police say the two were drinking, when the altercation started. the victim later showed up at gun shot wound to his shoulder. police say the shooter remained on scene and is cooperating. so far, no one has been charged. a car rolls over on the i-15 near valley of fire and bursts into flames... killing three people, and backing up traffic for hours. nhp says around 3 o'clock, the driver veered off the road and hit a pole.. then overcorrected, and ended up rolling over into the ravine. a viewer sent us this video

after the crash. three of the people inside died at the scene, one of them was the driver. the other two passengers were airlifted to the hospital. troopers believe this was just a tragic accident. "with 5 people in the car, and 4 were ejected.. you would have to think people weren't wearing their seatbelts. it just takes two seconds to put that seatbelt on and maybe this whole thing could have been avoided." parts of the i-15 were shut down for several hours while one driver told us it took him two hours to go just 12 miles. the world's tallest water slide in kansas is closed this morning... after a 10-year-old boy died while riding it. now the water park is trying to figure out how this happened. the slide is 17 stories tall. it propels riders down a steep incline, from a platform that's higher than niagrara falls. the rafts reach speeds of 50 miles an hour.

mexico are bracing for more dangerous storms-- after hurricane earl leaves at least 40 people dead. the heavy rains triggered landslides that burried homes and people. the storm has been downgraded to a tropical depression, but the national hurricane center says the area could still get more rain. meanwhile, the other side of mexico is preparing for a newly formed tropical storm javier. forecasters say it could hit as early as tomorrow as a hurricane. people living in san bernadino county are being forced out of their homes... thanks to another fast spreading wildfire in california. this is a live picture of the fire burning right now. it started as a 30-acre brush fire... and quickly spread to nearly 15- hundred acres. hundreds of firefighters are battling the flames from the ground and the air. families are now packing up

control in san barnardino california . this is a live look at the pilot fire burning in the mountains. right now hundreds of firefighters are working to contain it. the pilot fire started yesterday afternoon...and has already grown to more than 15-hundred acres. dozens of homes are under mandatory evacuation orders. the up a shelter for displaced residents. new developments on that hot air balloon crash in texas that killed 16 people. investigators are now saying the pilot did not see the power lines.. the balloon hit. officials believe the pilot was trying to descend through a break in the clouds..., but he didn't notice the power lines. the balloon ended up catching
