this one happened at a home and firefighters found a body inside. investigators believe the person killed was a squatter. marissa kynastonn was the first to the scene near sahara and lamb... marissa, what have you learned since breaking this story this morning. neighbors i talked with said squatters are a problem in this part of town-- they also believe there may have been squatters inside this home when the fire started. we were able to get tgis cell phone video sent to us from a you can see just how high those flames got. chopper 13 fast and first over the scene-- showing you the amount of damage to the back of the house. fire officials say-- when they got here-- utilities were turned off. they said the gas meter was locked-- telling them-- nobody was at least legally living inside the home. so now-- fire and police are trying to figure out how the

bullets injuring at least one teenager.. it all started saturday afternoon.. after the 23-year-old suspect sylville smith was shot and killed by an officer.. who was also black. according to authorities.. the suspect was armed.. the officer ordered him to drop his weapon.. but when the suspect did not comply.. the officer opened fire.. sot - chief ed flynn / milwaukee police dept. "i know what i saw in the video, i know what i see in the still, it certainly appears to me that at the time he made that decision, it was a decision." officials say they hope to release that video from the officer's body camera as soon as possible. at least 33 people are dead after a passenger bus plunges over a hill in nepal.... more than 35 passengers were injured in the crash, and have been airlifted to the capital by nepal's army team. many passengers are still believed to be missing. it is still unclear what caused the accident. bus crashes are generally blamed on poorly maintained roads and vehicles in nepal. much of the crashes happen

police officers are looking for two guys who robbed hooters hotel and casino. police say around 10 yesterday morning they went inside, and made it out with unknown items. they were gone before officers got there. investigators are on the scene of a deadly plane crash in tuscaloosa county that killed 6 people, according to northport police. the small plane was reportedly having engine trouble before it came down. it crashed into trees... near the tuscaloosa regional the three couples onboard were on their way back from a dental convention in florida. a tragic story out of texas.... police a mother confessed to killing her two young children... and then hiding their bodies. investigators say the woman asked her friend for help moving yesterday... and when he questioned her about where her daughters were.. she told him she had killed them. he drove her to a police station, where officers say she admitted she drowned the 5 and 7 year old. their bodies were found under

and three fellow u-s swimmers are robbed at a gunpoint in rio..... the u-s olympic committee says it happened in rio de janeiro sunday morning. the four u-s athletes were in a taxi that was pulled over by robbers posing as police. lochte says the robbers ordered everyone to get to the ground. he says he initially refused....but one of the robbers then put a gun to his forehead. the attackers took the athletes' wallets and cellphones, but no one was injured. also... a tornado ripped through sunday afternoon as parts of the country continue to experience extreme weather. this timelapse video was captured by karen madrigal from her 39th floor apartment in the binondo district. madrigal said she was "terrified" by the twister and that she plans to stay indoors with her family until the weather improves. and.. this video shows a last-minute rescue during the flooding in
