meanwhile... all that smoke from the fire has traveled hundreds of miles and is now in the las vegas valley. here's a live look outside right now. there's a lot of gray overhead.... we have 13 action news reporter parker collins out near primm. drivers there are stranded.. but first let's get over to meteorologist greg bennett to find out if this smoke will be sticking around. looking to be another hot day for the valley. high tempra between 105 and 110 degree valley wide with a breezy out of the south/southwest between 10 and 20 mph. by this afternoon we should have gusts up to 30 within the the cajon pass, smoke and haze will move into the valley. as it stands at 4am, air quality is good and is predicted to move into moderate levels this afternoon. this look may change depending on the strength of the winds and how large the smoke plumes becomes throug the morning. mountains will be effect by the smoke the most; moving into unhealthy levels for children,
