parkway. we're just getting this video in from the scene there. firefighters say it was just smoke damage. right now we're waiting on an update from clark county fire department. we'll bring you that as soon as higway near twain was evacuated overnight after reports of a flammable substance inside. around 9:30 last night employees found an item they thought was flammable in a hotel room. security evacuated the building and called police. they checked it out, and eventually gave t investigators are still looking into this...no one has been arrested. right now-- congressman cresent hardy is in the hospital... recovering from a heart attack. a spokesperson for the u-s representative.. tells us he has undergone a routine medical procedure for a minor heart attack. he's expected to be back on the campaign trail later this week. the 59-year-old is running for re- election for district 4. he's facing challenger ruben kihuen. governor sandoval and joe heck were among the politicians tweeting out last night, wishing the congressman a

a two week old baby is now recovering from serious injuries after being dropped on her head-- and police believe the infant's father did this on purpose. jeremy william is now charged with attempted murder. bullhead city police say they believe cowan threw the newborn onto the floor because she was crying. she suffered a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage. the baby, her mother, and the mom's two other children are now in the care of the department of child safety. people living in southern highlands are suing a development coa beacause they say their construction work is destroying their homes! homeowners tell us they started noticing the damage in june, when the blasting began on the project near jones and erie. in three different homes our crews went through we saw cracks in cement walls, granite counter tops and along the walls inside the homes. 04.38.05.00"if that travertine is cracked what is underneath that is cracked." "it's like a piece of your heart is not there.the worst part about it is her wondering where i am." now the owner is posting pictures of the dog all over facebook hoping someone out will spot her. he says as long as she gets home safe, he won't press any charges. armed men break into a valley home demanding money.
