state univeristy is going viral. witnesses say the student wasn't violent. and the reaction -- quick.. the african-american student union was holding a silent protest -- outside the administration building. but police say -- about 90 minutes into the protest the man appeared to be on drugs -- and resisted arrest. a 13 action news update now to that descrimination laswuit agains wynn las vegas. the hotel-casino is accused of discriminating -- against a worker with post-traumatic stress disorder. a u-s- army vet working as a company required him to work overtime. he says that aggravates his condition. he asked for a different schedule but was refused. he claims -he was eventually suspended for accusing them of discrimination. the wynn sent us a statement saying the suit was filed three years after their last communication on the matter. it goes on to say the veteran didn't get the medical certification regarding his condition. and -- quote -- "eventually --the employee resigned. he was not terminated."

a man is in the hospital with severe burns after his mobile home catches fire. but no sign of her. the cause of the fire is under investigation. - v also in jacksonville -- father and son are fighting for their lives after they shoot each other. police found one man in the yard. the other inside the home. there's no word yet on what led that fight. but neighbors say they heard several gunshots. "i was on my computer and i heard three -- what sounded like gunshots or somebody beating on something. i backyard and i didn't see or both men were taken to local hospitals. an alabama corrections officer stabbed by an inmate earlier this month -- is now dead. officer kenneth bettis worked at the william c. holman correctional facility -- in atmore. it's southwest of montgomery. the inmate attacked bettis on september first.

the u-s air force grounds 10 of its newest -- advanced fighter jets barely a month after declaring them combat ready. the decision comes -- after they discover bad insulation -- in the fuel tanks of the f-35. the faulty lines affected 57 aircraft. ten were already in the field. those planes will be fixed, and the others will be fixed on the production line before delivery. the f-35 -- isthe most expensive weapons system in history. the program costs about 4- hundred billion dollars. if you can't afford a self- driving car -a hacker has created auto-pilot -- self-driving technology -- you insert into your car. his start-up company called comma dot a-i as in artificial intelligence -- plans to start selling software -- by the end of the year. the comma one -- would cost one thousand dollars -- and have a monthly fee. it would use a camera -- and radar --to keep your car in its lane -- similiar to tesla's technology.

about to expose in today's dirty dining.. it's at a location she's visited before. as soon as we walked in to pho d'licious... 31:38 d: yeah, we've been here before. we recognized the familiar surroundings at the vietnamese restaurant on spring mountain between arville and decatur. 33:40 d: did you take over from a previous restaurant? because we've been at this location before but it was called something else. the owner is new. ngoc tran says pho d'licious took over in may, and they've already almost been shut down with a 39-demerit c grade. 32:32 nt: we have a lot of, like, bad credit in the kitchen because the kitchen staff at first didn't, like, wash hands properly. one food handler scratched the side of their head and then handled food. another handled raw beef then went right to ready-to-eat food and clean bowls. there were also issues with the food. 32:43 nt: some of the food

200-million gallons of wastewater laced with radioactive chemicals is seeping into the ground water --through a massive sinkhole -- at a fertilizer plant. people there worry -- what will this do to their drinking water?
