is underway in northern utah from a strong downpour. this was taken near salt lake city yesterday afternoon. people are cleaning up the mess left behind from a tornado. the twister touched down about 30 miles north of salt lake. as you can see, it left behind a lot damage.

sot teen from presser "i was confused about what's going on." butt to sot teen from presser "i then scream that i can't breathe because i have mace in my mouth." the teen says she was pepper sprayed in total of four times. but the hagerstown police department insists officers only sprayed her once... and that they did nothing wrong. the teen's attorney says after she was released by police her parents took her to a hospital where she was diagnosed with possible concussion and other injuries. over in tulsa -- a police officer charged with manslaughter for fatally shooting an unarmed ma.. 50-thousand dollar bond. this morning we got the mugshot of officer betty shelby. she turned herself in overnight and was released about 20 minutes later. the tusla police department says it will make a decision on her employment status after an internal affairs review. the family of terence crutcher has mixed feelings about the charges brought against tulsa officer betty shelby. crutcher's twin sister called the charges a small victory--- but noted that there is still a long road ahead--- if justice is to be served..

to rob the man she was meeting. the robbery victim ended up shooting the suspect. he was taken to the hospital. we're told the woman and the robbery suspect will face charges. a man is dead this morning after he was hit and killed while crossing a street in north las vegas. police say the 65-year-old was not using a cross walk when he was hit near lake mead and pecos last night. the man was trying to cross 7 the female driver who hit the man stayed at the scene for questioning. roads were closed for hours, but are back open this morning. we're awaiting for the coroner to release the victims identity. an update on the bombings investigation in new york and new jersey-- investigators may never be able to interview the suspect. authorites are on the hunt for any possible accomplices, but their main suspect is still in critical condition and unconcious-- after being hit 7 times during a shootout with police. meanwhile officials are
