are looking into how much damage was caused after a fire tore through a valley apartment complex. a family pet died in that fire. the fire started in a second story apartment at a complex off sahara and jones boulevard last night. fire crews say when they arrived, the apartment was fully involved including the balcony the other three units in the four- plex building had smoke and water damage. fire crews are still trying to figure out what sparked the fire. the red cross is helping 4 adults and 1 child displaced by the fire. a local family is using their daughter's story, to remind others to be safe this halloween. you may remember brazyl ward's story. she was seriously injured on halloween night three years ago, when she was hit by a hit-and-run driver. brazyl's family is now reminding everyone to stay alert while trick-or-treating. that was the message at the second annual

where gay pride festivities took to the streets over the weekend. 20-thousand people lined the parade route in downtown friday night. and for the first time ever, uniformed metro officers joined parade participants as they marked the two mile walk along fourth street. more than 100 other community groups took part in the event. las vegas pride wrapped up sunday night with an official closing party at krush nightclub. former rebel legend and n-f-l m-v-p randall cunningham was honored at saturday's rebel football game. cunningham is being inducted into the college football hall of fame in december. cunningham holds the school record for career passing yards and touchdowns. cunningham says out of all the
