when government bureaucrats refused to approve a cancer vaccine equally for both girls and boys, i stepped in to change that rule. when my own party held up recovery funds after sandy hit us, i took them on and won. and when veterans were forced to travel out of state for health care, i brought in new local clinics and expanded services. but there's much more to do. my mission is to protect south jersey's way of life. i'm frank lobiondo and i approve this message.

generating a vaccine outside of the patient's body. and then putting it back in. >> and, doctors here at penn vet are looking into how immuno therapy could help humans with cancer. there's two big similarities between dogs and humans. >> we think environment and genes all play a role in initiating and sort of progres progressing cancers. so, because the dogs share those things with humans they frequently will develop cancers that aall very similar to the cancers we develop. >> the treatment requires frequent vet visits for 11-year-old yoingry and half the other dogs tested over the course of a year it works. yogi is in remission. >> there's nothing better is there when this come throughout doors and look good and you look up and see them and they're happy and healthy and have a good qualitative life during it. that's absolutely key. >> so, yes, these days life is pretty good for yogi. he's back to watching the front door.

blowing down and sun returns ten and then a warm-up. you can see how wet it is out there. we're seeing a lot of showers just pushing off the coast. again you can see one last batch trying to come through now. it has been snowing for much of the day across new england. here's a look on live neighborhood network camera which is showing -- cannot see the sky line in background and got droplets on the camera lens and low clouds and fog tonight. this is finally last gas of the system. we've been dealing with it on and off all day long and we're seeing the last line of showers just pushed through philadelphia. right now moving through then done and camden and gloucester counties and salem and cumberland counties as well and moving out during the overnight. that's good news. seeing stayedest now along portions of camden an dmroing dmroingter counties we have steady down tours to slow you down tonight. overnight the rain we see will gradually clear out after

midnight. we're seeing it in new jersey. as we head to friday, mostly sunny, cool and blustery. winds out of the northwest, 20 miles an hour and gust as high as 30 miles an hour. so that's going to make the high of 57 which is still well below average feel colder than that. we got northwest wind as the system moves away and high pressure builds in behind it creating a pressure gradient. wind like to speed up in a grade yept like that. we see the wind switch direction. you see the dpront. here's the west wind and south whipped and front is laying over philadelphia right now and overnight the winds will become westerly for everyone wind gusts over 20, to 25 for the majority of friday. but, saturday, much better. high pressure really gains a foothold. winds die down and we need a warm-up as we await the next cold front. saturday 70. sunday the next front passes through with a late day shower and otherwise temperatures around 70 again. so a nice warm weekend to finish out the month of octobe

october. here's a look at why. the jet stream lifts north and that means we tap into nice warm air centered over the deep south and we have above average temperatures. we'll skip ang completely and go from below average directly to above arm and i don't think many of us complaining. . the weekend looks fantastic. 70 with sunshine on saturday and 71 saturday and keep an eye to okay for late day shower on sunday. and then we head to halloween monday. that shower on sunday denotes a cold front and it will be cooler for halloween. 8 a.m., 46, 3 p.m. p.m. for halloween parades, the sun goes down and nice for the trick or treaters on monday. it's a great stretch. the eyewitness weather 7 day forecast tomorrow is coldest and windest day of the 7-day and weekend looks good if you have not gotten to all your fall outdoor activities yet. might i recommend saturday. it looks beautiful, 70. sunday chance of shower. you can call it beautiful or
