at 11, the septa strike hitting commuters hard. what commuters need to know >> they should move forward. eagles fans weigh in after josh huff is arrested it's the kickoff to top three tuesday, jim donovan is on your side making life easier. but we begin with the story causing grid lock across the city. the septa strike, i'm ukee >> i'm nicole brewer in jessica dean. today's commutes were nightmares. is there any hope it won't be as bad tomorrow? alexandria hoff is live in center city where negotiations stand as frustration continues to build. alex? >> reporter: monitoring these negotiations all evening long. there has been back and forth but no remedy at this hour, if you're heading into the city tomorrow morning, make sure you give yourself extra time.

also, some authority run garages are offering ten hours of parking for $10, for more on the ppa changes go to cbs3 you'll find great information how to get around during the storage. stay with "eyewitness news" for the latest were developments on the septa strike and unless something breaks before the end of this newscast, morning team will have the latest starting at 4:30. we are learning new details about the arrest of philadelphia eagles receiver josh huff. >> team mates and fans are weighing in. first sports director don bell is here with exactly what happened. >> we've been following the situation since early this morning. let's talk about it. josh huff was pulled over for speeding on the new jersey side of the walter whitman bridge around 11:00. it has the 25-year-old in hot water. while requesting his license, registration and insurance, he asked him about the smell of marijuana coming from his car. according to court documents, huff turned over a small amount of marijuana, less than 50 grams

along with a gun. the gun was not loaded but magazine contained six hallow tip bullets. he was charged with illegal possession of a firearm and for the possession of marijuana. his attorney tells "eyewitness news" that his client is very upset. >> reporter: obviously, he's very disappointed, you know, what's going on here. but again, it's early on in the situation. we really haven't had a chance to look at all the allegations. >> perry also tells "eyewitness news" josh huff was released on $25,000 bail. we don't know if huff had a permit for began in another state. but new jersey has extremely strict gun laws. the eagles released a statement saying we're aware of the incident today involving josh huff. at this point, we're gathering more information. now, here's a little bit more information about josh huff over the last couple of weeks. he has been a huge part of the

the state of new jersey rejected atlantic city's turned around plan for a possible state take over of the town. city's five year plan does not bring enough stability to atlantic city's finances. that plan included laying off 100 workers. atlantic city elected officials disagreed with the state's decision and say they will fight any take over attempt. a glamor magazine annual women of the year list is making history, u2 front man bono is the first man to make the lets. he's being honored for his humanitarian efforts. all honorees will be recognized.
