violence. as you can see all the good people in the city are tired of it. >> last check, the young boy is still in critical condition, his mother has been released from the hospital. pennsylvania lawmakers were unveil a proposal tomorrow to strengthen the state's pay the crime law. they want to protect people with mental and physical disabilities. this move comes after several recent attacks on disabled people including this man with cerebral palsy. earlier this week, this video surfaced showing a group of four teenagers attacking a mentally challenged man in germantown. police identified the suspects in both attacks. all eyes are on capitol hill tomorrow with former fbi director james comey is scheduled to testify about the 2016 election and if the trump campaign was involved. ahead of his testimony the senate intelligence committee revealed his opening statement. >> it's going to be a big day in washington. the former fbi director testifies in the morning, a source close to james comey says he wanted his opening statement to be leaked early. that's what happened. comey said the president called the russian investigation a cloud. and asked what could be done to lift it. >> i donald john trump >> 48 hours after president trump took at the oath of office. he and then fbi director james comey shook hands and embraced in a public setting. the situation reportedly made comey feel uncomfortable according to his friends. comey was fired in early may. a few days later, the president took to twitter and said, james comey better hope that there are no tapes of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press. but comey didn't need tapes. it kept detailed notes. and tomorrow morning, he'll highlight some of his meetings with the president in this seven-page opening statement. it describes specific meetings with trump including detailed conversations. comey said the president invited

had to him dinner on january 27th. the two dine privately and according to comey, the president said, quote, i need loyalty, i expect loyalty, end quote. i didn't move. speak, or change my facial expression if any way during the awkward silence that followed according to comey. we looked at the each other in silence. when asked about the loyalty question. the president denied it happened. >> no. no, i didn't. but i don't think it would be a bad question to ask. >> weeks later, comey said the president asked to speak to him alone. and brought up former national security advisor michael flynn. who was fired earlier this year for lying to vice president mike pence. according to comey, trump said i hope you can see your way clear to letting this go. to letting flynn go. the white house shot back. this is not a truthful or accurate portrayal of the conversation. >> earlier the president's personal attorney a man named mark kaplan reacted to the
