neighborhood. you have just released a surveillance video of the man who is believed to be in his 20s. you could see him walking on the street. the 11-year-old little girl was walking to school with her 12-year-old other. they have a boat to flee busy time of the morning. that's when police say the man approached the little girl. that little girl started fighting back and they say they don't feel their children are safe until the there caught. the man is described as in his 20s. about 6 feet tall. under 90 pounds. anyone with information is asked
