nbc10 news starts now. >> right now on nbc10 news a bucks county mother is accused of sex crimes. investigators say she gave two kids alcohol, then had them perform sex acts while she recorded it all. good evening, i'm jacqueline london the woman is in jail tonight after a tip led to her arrest. denise nakano is live in feasterville. you spoke to people who know this suspect? >> jacqueline i did speak to neighbors, they say they were shocked when they learned of her arrest. police brought her here to feastervillefeast er feaster feasterville to be areened and hauled her off to jail. >> neighbors express a

collective disbelief over the arrest of tina moosley. >> it blows my mind, you don't know who your neighbors are. >> they're used to seeing the mother at a bus stop now she's in handcuffed charged with giving a girl and boy alcohol, condoms and encouraged them to engage in sexual acts while she shot video of it. >> i think it's horrible. >> reporter: police launched a sex crime investigation after a tip came into a child hotline may 4th. they uncovered a videotape may 2nd. the video shows moosley telling the intoxicated boy to pour pancake syrup on his chest and the girl to lick it off. >> i would never have figured anything like this to come from this person here. >> reporter: the neighborhood is a place of families with children around the same age of the two alleged child victims, where sex, alcohol, and videotape ended in this woman's arrest. >> i have three kids in this

neighborhood, to find out this stuff is amazing. it's shocking to hear that. shocking to hear that. >> reporter: moosley sobbed in court while she was arraigned on charges of corruption of minors she was unable to post bond. denise nakano nbc10 news. >> now to a story developing in upper darby, investigators are searching for a man who left a little boy and a gun in this car after a chase. at this hour they're talking to the man's girlfriend at the police station she is the child's mother. the boyfriend drove off after a traffic stop in west philadelphia tonight. they chased him for a while and later found his car. he was gone but the 3-year-old was inside along with the gun. the child is fine tonight. new information about what caused this deadly tour bus crash in the poconos today. the tractor-trailer you see here crossed into the on coming lanes on i-380.

they say it first hit another tractor-trailer before slamming into the tour bus. the impact ripped the 18 wheeler apart. three people on the bus died including the driver who we've learned is from new york city. four passengers are in critical condition. witnesses tell us they jumped right into action as they approached the accident scene. >> she was up on the top and she grabbed on to my shoulders. the other gentleman's shoulders and we brought them down to the ground. >> people were coming off the bus with blood all over their faces screaming, hollering. >> there's people screaming, crying everywhere. >> among those on board, a group of eye tal yarn tourists headed to niagara falls. police opened all three lanes of i-380 tonight. that crash happened along the same stretch of interstate where gloria estefan was seriously hurt back in 1990. she broke her spine in that crash. new at 11:00, a bank robber

may be responsible for holdups in two counties. he hit a bank of america in plymouth meeting, this afternoon. you can see a gun in his hand in a surveillance picture we're going to show you. as he made his getaway, he fired one shot toward the tellers, no one was hurt. take a look at this side by side comparison. the image on the right was taken from a wells fargo robbery last month in bryn mawr it may be the same man. police say he's getting more dangerous with each robbery. a south jersey contractor is accuses of ripping off his customers tonight. police say there could be many more victims. nbc10's keith jones is live in gibbstown, you spoke to a couple people who say they paid for work that never happened. >> one of those people was actually a detective working the case. police say that's how bold this guy is i talked to another couple, they just got married and they lost $52,000.

$100,000. one victim reported he received insurance money from hurricane sandy, and never received any work. >> the odds of us getting our money back. there's so many people behind us and in front of us i'm sure. >> reporter: by the way, he's free tonight after posting bond. a detective gave them a zero percent chance of ever getting their money back. if you've been victimized by this contractor police want to hear from you. we're live tonight in front of their station. keith jones nbc10 news. take a look at this photo. it almost looks like a tsunami is about to hit the jersey shore many a lot of people saw this weekend in monmouth county. the national weather service says it's a rare fog bank created when warm wet air moved out over the cold ocean water. we're staying cool tonight. sheena parveen is here with a look at how things are shaping up for the morning. >> the clouds are still holding on we'll have them around for the morning commute tomorrow. we still have them in the

meantime, a few light showers trying to move up through kent county. maybe a few spring els around cape may county. most of the moisture is heading to our south. the clouds are continuing to move in this direction, we really don't have anything to push them out of the way, so tomorrow another round of clouds. a chance of a couple showers possibly. and finally sunshine before we get into the weekend. for your planner tomorrow morning, 8:00 a.m. around 60 degrees, it will be a cool start to the day by 10:00, the clouds are hanging on. 61 degrees. and by noon tomorrow we could only be in the low 60s, so another cloudy and cool day in the forecast but warmer temperatures are also in the forecast along with a little more sunshine. some of that will be here right in time for your weekend. i'll show you that forecast coming up. >> sheena sky force ten live over breaking news in delaware county. a chester police cruiser struck and killed a man here a short time ago. this is keystone road and west 13th street the victim was 25

years old, no officers were injured. the district attorney's office is investigating, we'll keep you updated as we get more information. residents of 200 homes will get a visit from firefighters and the red cross tomorrow morning, that's after three suspicious fires on the same street over the last five days. the most recent fire in the 400 block of bigly place was last night. it followed a fire on monday. and another last saturday. an arson task force is investigating, and the red cross is helping 28 people forced out of their homes. smoke detectors will be handed out tomorrow in that neighborhood. an animal tonight. that's what the mother of a slain philadelphia police officer is calling her son's killer. jones received life in praisen without the chance of parole. he fired the gun that killed officer walker in august of 2012. walker was headed home from work in north philadelphia at the

time. after today's sentencing officer walker's mother led a prayer circle outside the courthouse. she said if she was not surprised her son's killer showed no remorse at today's hearing. >> we know from his history he's an animal i expected that. i just wish that the punishment you know fit the crime, though. >> rapheal jones codefendant accepted a 20 to 40 year plea deal in exchange for his testimony against jones. a young boy and his mother may have interrupted a burglary at their house in delaware county this afternoon, it happened on bambi lane in haverford, two came home to find a man running away from their house. the cellar door had been kicked in. police are searching for that man, nothing was taken and no one was hurt. starting tomorrow thousands will converge on delaware to begin paying their respects to beau biden. three days of memorials are

planned for the former delaware attorney general and son of joe biden. he died sunday of brain cancer at the age of 46. he will lie in honor at legislative hall in dover between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. tomorrow. a procession from wilmington to the state house will start around noon. and the service is open to the public. the roads all around the capitol building will be closed starting tomorrow at 11:30 in the morning, if you need to get around, be prepared. on friday there will be two public viewings in wilmington. from 1:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon and 6:00 to 9:00 in the evening. the funeral mass will be saturday morning, president obama will deliver the eulogy. a local high school honored fallen philadelphia firefighter juice craig by awarding scholarships in her name tonight. nbc10 in win field heights. lieutenant craig graduated from dobbins in 1995 she was also

added to the school's wall of fame tonight. lieutenant craig is the first female firefighter in philadelphia to die in the line of duty. in december, the mother of two died battling a row home fire in west oak lane. she became trapped in the basement. craig left behind a teenaged son and a 3-year-old daughter. targeted because of their race. the accusations by former employees against a popular pharmacy. and this isn't what you expect to see at the airport. a man brings his assault rifle to say good-bye to his daughter. why it's perfectly legal, next. and good news for job hunters in jersey the new place looking for hundreds of workers. and another cool cloudy day tomorrow, but more sunshine and finally warmer temperatures in the forecast. that's coming up.

detectives suing the drug chain for racial discrimination. they say their bosses ordered them to target black and hiss manic shoppers. the staffers say they were fired after they complained about it. according to the lawsuit, supervisors told the detectives to pay extra attention to black and hispanic shoppers saying they steal more often. the store detectives say they discriminated against cvs. it is shocked by the allegations and continues to enforce a strict nondiscrimination policy. this photo of a man carrying a loaded rifle at atlanta's busiest airport is creating debate. jim cooley was dropping off his daughter last week he brought his fully loaded gun with him. he's legally allowed to carry his ar-15 rifle in a number of public places in georgia. federal law only bans guns in security screening areas or beyond. gamblers in pennsylvania may be able to place their bets

online. four republican state senators are getting ready to introduce a bill that would allow existing casinos to offer internet gambling across the state. players would have to physically be in pennsylvania and have a registered account. new jersey delaware and nevada already allow internet gambling. delaware drivers could soon be coughing up more cash. a bill to raise motorcycle fees is headed to the senate for a vote. the tax on car sales would go up so would the penalties for late license and registration renewals. the money would be used to pay for road and bridge improvements. the increases would take effect in october. police at the jersey shore want to know who's behind the damage you see in these pictures. harvey cedars police say someone destroyed the women's restroom at sunset park overnight. if you have any information, police want to hear from you. the help wanted signs are

going up as south jersey's newest shopping destination gets an opening. the outlets are looking to hire 800 workers. employers will hold a job fair next friday at camden county colleges. >> the buzz around town is very exciting. it's just going to be a great place to come and play and shop. >> you'll find more information about the job fair at the outlets are slated to open august 13th. special honors tonight for those who help others recover from drug and alcohol addiction. nbc10 in win field for the annual making a difference awards dinner. three people from our area were recognized for their efforts in tackling addiction. a treatment facility in east falls was also recognized tonight. nbc10 and nbc universal are giving away money to local nonprofit organizations.

the project is called 21st century solutions. the goal is to support nonprofits that are operating new and innovative programs. eligibility requirements are also listed there, the deadline to apply is july 3rd. ♪ graduation season is in full swing. tonight paul the sixth high school in haddonfield had the honors. the class of 2015 picked up their hard earned diplomas. congratulations to all the graduates. some local kids are learning more about their roots. students at the charter school did a project called my home my history. it's now on display at the national museum of american jewish history in old city philadelphia. using the national archives census and personal records. students learned about their family history and the history of the homes they live in.

much be around 60 degrees by the time you walk out the door. average high 79 degrees. today we were only at 70 almost 10 degrees below that. tomorrow we expect to be a little cooler, mid-60s, friday back up into the 70s finally, and saturday a little closer to normal for this time of the year, that's going to come with a little bit more sunshine too. now, the rain is still down to our south. a few showers, at least very light showers in parts of kent county pars of cape may county overall, most of us are seeing dry conditions this evening. we'll keep the clouds around tomorrow afternoon as well. kind of like this afternoon. the clouds stalocked in here on future weather. morning commute, we'll be mostly cloudy through the area. there's a chance we could have a few very light showers, nothing that will cause any problems on the roadways, but by 8:00 p.m. tomorrow evening, clouds are still here still a chance of a few showers, by friday these clouds will be locked in. friday morning, you'll notice the cloud cover, friday afternoon, we could see a little more in the way of sunshine.

the unsettled weather pattern is going to be around the area we could see a shower going into saturday. clouds still locked in place, and some showers around too. so we could see a couple to start off your weekend. for tonight, though we stay cloudy chance of very light rain, for the most part we're mostly dry right now, 55 for the low in philadelphia. 53 areas north and west. tomorrow cloudy and cool chance of a couple showers, temperatures a little cooler than today, mid-60s, if you're heading to the shore or the delaware beaches this weekend. temperatures will be a little cooler right around 70 degrees. sunday i think we'll see a little more in the way of sunshine along the shore. if you're staying inland for friday temperatures around 73 degrees. fairly mild, could see a couple showers, we'll start to see a little more sunshine ending out the week going into the weekend. temperatures start to warm up very slowly though. 78 degrees on sunday and going into next week we're finally going to get back into the 80s. sheena thank you. lesean mccoy speaks for the
