and support has been amazing. it's been all over our facebook page and all over our twitter page and kat texted me and said to let everybody know how much she appreciates the love and prayers and well wishes and today a lot of people have been asking about cassidy and cody to see how they're doing because america grew up watching those two young kids grew up and cassidy did do an instagram tribute to her dad yesterday and this is what she wrote. it's very touching. she wrote "very few people are blessed enough to call their father a legend and an even smaller number are able to share that notion with the rest of the world." it went on to say "i lost my best friend and despite the worldly passing of an incredible man, i undoubtedly know heaven gained one said the of an angel." and she thanked everybody for their support. that picture of cass and her dad is so sweet. cody went to twitter and thanked everybody for their kind messages that his family has been receiving using the

before it got the trouble stage but someone thought it would be a good idea to tie a sincer block to my foot in a pool and they said "we're going to drop you in the pool and henry will swim down and grab you and you'll come back to the surface." they were supposed to put a slip knot on my foot. it was basically a mob execution. so they dropped me in the pool and the first time henry grabs me and he starts swimming to the surface and he's like "army ie, you're getting fat." and he lets me go and i felt myself drifting back down and i'm like this is not what's supposed to happen. and before anything happen luckily a diver came over and gave me air and figured out what was wrong with my foot. >> if armie hammer is in a movie you know it will be a great one. afternoon. in between showers, breaks of sunshine to warm us into the low 80s today. then late day storms into this evening, clearing out overnight tonight. sunshine returns tomorrow. now to decision 2016 and the release of a new poll of new jersey voters that won't do republican white house candidate chris christie any favors. the latest poll shows 54% of the state's registered voters would not describe governor christie as presidential. 29% say he's somewhat, 14% say he fits it very well. half of those polled did say christie is smart, but more than half see him as arrogant. the poll was taken just before christie qualified for the first gop debate. pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane plans to address the criminal charges against her during a news conference scheduled for tomorrow. it will be the first time that kane has spoken about the charges since her surrender on saturday. kane is charged with leaking secret grand jury information to a reporter and lying about it

skyforce10 is over the scene of a deadly hit-and-run in center city, philadelphia. this happened an hour ago near franklin street. investigators say a 47-year-old man was on the road there. he was hit by a vehicle that left the scene. no description on the vehicle yet. the victim was taken to the hospital but doctors could not save him. you can see the street roped off by investigators. no arrest, no description of a vehicle. nbc10's cydney long with a camera crew is on her way to the scene. as soon as she gets more information, we'll bring that to you. right now at 11:00, we are watching this. heavy rain and showers. they
