tyler clemmons.he was shot five times in front of an apartment building on franklin ave near oakdale ave yesterday afternoon.investigators are asking anyone with information about this shooting to call crimestoppers ... that number is 5-1-3 3-5-2 3-0-4-0, a cincinnati man who is charged with a 'hate crime' for burning down a church in wisconsin ... was found incompetent to stand trial. trial.the judge in ashland, wisconsin ordered 29 year old michael valente to undergo hospital for the next three months....an ashland newspaper reports the judge said valente's delusional worldview made it 'impossible' for his attorney to mount an adequate defense... and ordered valente to accept medication in the hospital.valente is charged with arson as a hate crime for the october 31st fire that destroyed the salem baptist church. two 'code red' situations caused lockdowns at the

the worst fire in thirty years. that's what officials are calling the massive fire that destroyed the blue grass stockyards in lexington today ... a handful of workers and between 25 and 30 cattle were in the stockyard when it caught fire .... all the workers are safe.crews are 'still' working to put out hotspots across more than ten acres ... it took more than 120 firefighters to battle the fire ... with flames reaching as high as seventy feet ... and a smoke cloud that was visible on local news stations' weather radar. at one point the effort to divert power away from the stockyard knocked out electricity to part of the city ... forcing a nearby mall to evacuate shoppers.crews expect they'll be on the scene for at least 36 hours total to make sure they put out all the hot spots. the clock is ticking ... if
