to say. i can tell you officers were here for several hours checking the vessel out. it crashed into his dock and boat just to the south of his dock several children were fishing. you can see the extent of the damage. authorities responded and ended up locating the boater at a nearby marina. he describes hearing impact. >> i could not imagine the sound, something i've never heard before. imagine cracking six's like toothpicks. and you can hear it snap, powell, bank. >>reporter: we are hearing from that witness that the boater that caused the damage to his dock was taken for questioning. i have calls into fwc to see if that is the case. he also told us he did not have insurance on the dock he is hoping that the boater

temperatures now down to 66, riverview, 63 palm harbor, everyone now far below 70 with the exception of sarasota at 72. already down to 59 in coaster river. the temperatures generally a little cooler the in the northern counties. dew points have been slowly but steadily coming up now into the 60s and with that temperature dipping down light winds we expect those fairly close giving that near 100% humidity leading to fog formation. really flow at the surface of venus excess moisture but the air above still bone dry. read on the water vapor imagery that is why will keep rain chances that either 0 or 10% over the next couple days. better rain chances on the east coast. morning fog locally as we go into the afternoon some showers are going to try to hold together to work their way
