fell ill after eating will. let's go to jennifer eagan live >> good morning. this chipotle has been closed since december 7th. more than two weeks now. it closed after more than 140 people become sick after eating here. turned out that a staff member came to work with the noro virus spreading the virus to dozens of other. chipotle's 25-person staff has been tested for the virus. those who are clear will be allowed back. the thattinger who let the employee work while sick has been let go. the restaurant was disinfected. once the city gets their paperwork there's a final inspection and this chipotle would reopen. the virus outbreak was one of many issue for chipotle nationwide. they dealt with another noro

who become ill after e-coli outbreak. they will keep an eye on this location with many follow up inspections. jennifer eagan, 7news "today in new england." new this morning a woman facing drunk driving and other charges after leading police on a chase allegedly through several south shore communities. the start of last night after police claim the 43-year-old threw a bottle at a man in the parking lot and then took off through hingham and weymouth. police say that no one was hurt. the pan who provided one of the boston marathon bombers with a gun is now out of jail. he has been released from jail bars. here's tim caputo. the man who gave a terrorist a handgun apologizing for action. i would like to give my deepest condolences. i had no idea what his

it's difficult. somehow i got toly with it. he was released from federal custody after serving 17 months behind bars. silva provided dzhokhar tsarnaev with the weapon that tsarnaev'sed to used to kill shawn collier. he admitted he's made many mistake i take full responsibility for the decisions i made that put me here. i was young. dumb and thought i could out smart everyone. i can't blame anyone but my myself. he graduated high school with dzhokhar. at the end of the day he did what he did. i don't support it. i don't support any type of terrorism or violence. today marty walsh said he has mixed emotions about his release. >> i somehow come up with the plea.

>> the board that oversees the mbta releasing the first financial report to legislature and paints a possible fair hide for t rider. a new report released reveals the t is varied counting on a 5% increase next year that could take effect in july. it hasn't been approved and hike. something the board knows will be tough for commuters but necessary. they say given the t's budget problem. many of the decisions will be difficult and unpopular. but continued inaction of the nbta is not an option. the riding phenomenon, mbta employee, tax payer and the region's economy demand well functioning efficient mbta. they are trying to close a gap. along with the possible 10% fare hike step could include elimination of service as well

parking revenue. the mbta is working to prepare for winter weather spending more than $90 million as they add tens of thousands of feed of rail as well as heating systems. still according to the report there's a 7.3 billion of backlog. a number that will likely grow. >> according to that report the need to make the repairs is dier and could rise by billions of dollars if they are not addressed. >> now to the race to the white house. donald trump coming out the media in wake of controversial comments. in the mean time her campaign isn't officially responding. this morning simply her answer to young girl's question at rally about bullying is got so settle hit. explain. at that rally clinton was asked ability bullying.

9:15. we were just talking during the commercial break people hear about how strange the weather is. it's so warm for christmastime. potentially record-breaker. although i have to say going outside and talking warmth it seems chilly to me. you remember last weekend when we had temperature near normal. a little bit above average. it's a shock to system. it's been a mild month. temperature in 40s will feel cool. rain after 4:00 p.m. today and that record warmth tomorrow. we're talking near 70. this is weird. visibility is improving.

that's why that dense fog advisory still posted. again it's improving. we may keep patchy fog through the day. current temperatures in the 40s. low 40s for bedford. norwood climbing out of the 30. 48 for boston right now. and it gets better. we will bump into the 50s today. maybe a light jacket or ugly christmas sweater should you choose. clouds through the day today. that's what krista was talking about. this has been fuelling up in the gulf of mexico. that's what in the way for us as we head into this afternoon and evening. why yesterday was drizzly all day long. this the more of buckets that will just splash and then another bucket rolls along. fast and furious two hours either side of midnight is when the wettest weather will roll through. but we could see those showers kick on as early as 4:00 or 5:00 this afternoon.

>> here's our ingredients. new slice of i will do the onions and the peppers. cut the choriza in court inch slices. i like the taste of yellow and red. but i think the three color pepper makes it pretty. add the chorizo. we do a lot of variations on the scene. a lot of time we just like to use turkey sausage. chorizo is ready. get the extra oil. we have a little bit of oil from the chorizo and add all vegetables. we will cook this for about ten minutes until it's tender. we will add the remaining ingredient. this is chicken brought. it also called for white wine. i'm using all chicken brought today. we have tomatoes. >> and here's the salt. last but not least we have crushed red pepper flakes.

nancy chin, 7news "today in new england." right now police in weymouth are searching for repeatburgler on the run. this man broke into the family service center gas station. he then broke into a bar nearby let than an hour later. if you have any information, you're asked to call police. >> bo bergdahl set for another hearing. bergdahl didn't enter any plea during yesterday's hearing. this was one of the first time he's been seen in public since being freed from the taliban earlier this year. he could be handed a life sentence if if found guilty of dessertion. a secret service agent has his weapon badge and other items stolen from his car down in washington, d.c. this happened in broad daylight monday. right outside the secret service headquarters about a mile from the white house. law enforcement official said the theft doesn't appear to be a threat to the agency.
