has not been able to settle with land order soda sued property owners to allow the pipe orders to carry it for one quarter of the state all the way through the state and out through the southeast corner of her state. when you hear eminent domain, you automatically think what? >> and makes my skin kinder tense up i don't want the government taking my property i don't think government should take private property from one property owner and give it to another property owner. when i see a pipeline, i see a for-profit private business getting access to my land without competing with prices for a fair price. i am set to pay what the market demands. but this is a big issue where i'd disagree with donald trump. he believes animate domain is just fine. to take land from small property owners to give to him so he can build casinos their parking lots.
9:18 am
i think that is wrong. it is an area where donald trump is not consistent with conservative viewpoint. >> we've talked to a half-dozen of your competitors on this topic. i don't think anybody supposed the concept and they of all said it is initially deemed this to be a utility just like anything else. he tried to bargain with a land owner then he have to go to court to make it happen. >> a utility issues very narrow. and public you should be narrow. roads, highways, lichter city this pipeline is not bringing any utility to iowa. they are just cry and crossing iowa. i don't think it is an iowa utility. i would argue strongly for if they want to negotiation of price price negotiate a price. >> i hear you talk often when you are talking about
9:19 am
traditional civil libertarian type issues is this just one more example? >> @think there is a consistency in saying the government should not be involved with airfares. it should be through due process and just compensation. it is a power to abuse him individual. they should be very narrow and limited. even the real world some of them in the initial stage they buildn3 the railroad and some came through iowa where all the way across the us every bit of land gotten through a voluntary contract. >> is your out there campaigning, i have followed you a few times where you're on college campuses and you have a pretty ambitious goal and try to send up college students on caucus night. if you do that you would do quque well on caucus night. what is a thing that you're bringing to the table that will help you connect to that college crowd.
9:20 am
caucus night. >> i think we attract independents and colleges for young people i don't want the government to collect without a warrant. most young people at three teenage boys they communicate with their parents and their friends to their cell phone they don't understand why the government would have access to their cell phone or records without a warrant saying they have committed a crime or potentially committed a crime. if yes people that are 4083 americans agree with me. a second issue that i think we connect with them on as i don't want to put them in jail for marijuana or their friends in jail for marijuana. i'm a advocate for freedom. i'm also an advocate for people make a mistake should be punished for the rest of their lives. i also don't want to send them to another war. the wars are fought by young

to the kids side i would also save, government should be fair it should be neutral and i don't think government should put penalize ones i want to make a contract. the government should teach equally a new chili so i don't want government that is prejudice against individual and the government should not exhibit any of that but it doesn't mean i give up on what i believe his traditional

you're not a hundred percent on this thing. >> don't know if you're going to win and i'm pretty confident that i'm one of 10 people that has a chance. and i think that's great. we're not going to get too specific on that. the thing is, the people that support me raise millions of dollars we comprise nines of people across the country. a unique voice and the senate that i'm a voice that does not want us to go back to war in the middle east. i'm a voice for a form policy. if i'm gone from the senate i think that voices gone i think that voices important while there is a presidency of or the senate. i think the b-letter but want to support means they say they still want me in the senate if the other doesn't work out. a lot of people of ran for both.

i'm not the first are probably the last. >> rubio is said i'm done with the plays of the mouth. he doesn't only show up to vote here. as the jeb bush like to point out on him. use share the frustration? if you can't get stuff done as a senator why should people think you can get it done as a president? >> am very frustrated both right and left her bankrupt in the country. the right wants more money for military and sometimes in a limited fashion like rubio. the left wants it for welfare they both get together in a own holy alliance. one of the biggest frustration is recently won the debt ceiling was raised. they raise the debt ceiling in the spending caps for domestic and military spending. this is really what is wrong with the country. we are we're allowing this to happen. i have been badgering them since

filibustering them over this. they tell me where i could go. it is a disaster both right and left are just spending money like drunken sailors. we talk about military like that, there but he comes back with you don't care you don't want to protect the country. the truth of the matter is we defend the country. i don't think were safer i don't think we depend defended the country if we gone in debt. do you think were somehow safer oil china and other another trillion dollars. and that our debt is our biggest threat. this is a big point. i don't awful get enough republicans to believe and understand this point the cannot be a fiscal conservative if you

ran paul. i owe about $68,000. i owe $44,000 in student loans. my plan, the new college compact, says you should not have to borrow money to pay tuition if you go to a public college or university. and you ought to be able to refinance student debt. and i don't believe the federal government should be making a profit off of lending to young people who are borrowing to be able to get their education. we have got to make college affordable.
