december 29th. on december 23, 2010, tipton purchased a ticket for the 12-29 drawing, the numbers he'd already programmed the lottery equipment to pick. when the rigged lotto numbers were drawn, tipton won a cash value jackpot of ten million dollars. the jackpot then wrongfully reset to one million dollars. the monies tipton would have won had he been a legitimate purchaser is withdrawn, and held to pay the winner, but there was no winner because the game was rigged. on may 7, 2011 the law firm's client won a six million dollar cash value jackpot. the attorneys say their client, larry dawson, would have won a cash value of 16 million dollars if it wasn't for tipton rigging the lotto. on december 30, 2011, ten to state lotteries around the country. our lawsuit poses and that we think should be very easy to answer is
