delays green on traffic map = no delays news from overnight. milwaukee suspect. we're told an 18-year-old was walking near palmer and clarke around 9:30 when he heard several gunshots. the then realized he had been shot and was taken to the hospital. he is expected to survive. the investigation is ongoing. and in whitewater - a home is a total loss after a fire. a neighbor reportedly saw smoke coming from the house...but by the time crews arrived on scene...the house was fully engulfed. no one was home at the time....and there were no injuries. a fire inspector has been called out to the scene. no word on what caused the blaze.
office is asking for help in locating a vehicle that may have been involved in a shooting on sunday. lets turn to julie collins for details - she joins us live in glendale -- julie? the shooting happened on northbound i-43 near capitol dr. on sunday. a two-month-old girl was struck and injured while in her car seat when bullets pierced a car. and now police say they are seeking this car. the suspect's car is believed to be a newer lincoln foor-door sedan, that is maron similar to this one. the windows are heavily tinted. no license plate information is available at this time. the car was last seen exiting at hampton-- heading east. the incident temporarily shut down northbounds 1-43 at keefe as deputies investigated. anyone having information or knowledge of the whereabouts of a vehicle that matches this description should call the milwaukee county sheriffs office. as for the injured child - she was taken to children's hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. reporting live in glendale this morning -- julie collins. fox 6
call a "house of horrors." more than two dozen dogs are now getting the care they need... they've been removed from a home police say was covered in feces and had a strong odor of urine. 33-year-old heather jensen and her boyfriend terry bogard are charged with 26 counts of animal mistreatment. neighbors say they began complaining to police back in june about abuse they say they witnessed. court documents show jensen w called lucky mutts. but the department of agriculture trade and consumer protection says the facility never received the proper license from the state. in this particular case, records of the licensed facility in new berlin did not show that this particular location had more than 25 dogs. but once we started receiving the complaints, they inspected the
facebook page... jensen had served as the president of the dog rescue group. she has since been removed from her position. only on fox6... police in oak creek say a former church employee embezzled nearly 100-thousand dollars. 44-year old kelly fischer worked at grace lutheran church for four years... until she resigned this past march. she was 'acting director' at the churchs early childhood center, or e-c-c... and was responsible for tuition payments from parents. cash... and police say most of them never found their way back to the church. instead, investigators say fischer used the money to buy tickets to a garth brooks concert... and spent the money at burlington coat factory, v-i-p nails and mattress firm. her former employer says none of these purchases were authorized. tm 'there was cash there but we also had a debit card that she used to do cash withdrawals from the atm machines.' the church has since changed

a top navy officer is in a san diego jail this morning - on suspicion of attempted rape and assault. yesterday afternoon -- navy officials say san diego police arrested commander john neuhart after investigators say he followed a woman home to her house... and attempted to sexually assault her in valencia park. he's the commanding officer of a guam -- and was in san diego for a meeting. cinemark has dropped a request for the victims of the aurora colorado theater shooting to pay its costs after a failed civil lawsuit. survivors and victim's families sued the company -- saying security flaws helped enable the 2012 attack that killed 12 people and wounded 70. cinemark initally asked for 700- thousand dollars to cover court costs. now it's withdrawing that request after the last
