monday morgan geyser's attorneys asked her confession that day be thrown out, that the trial be held in a county other than waukesha due to all the publicity, and that the two girls have separate trials. i think that the girls are so different so it needs to be separate may 14th 2014 paul renkis was a waukesha sheriff's lt. who responded to the crime scene, a little girl stabbed in a wooded area multiple times. the retired officer told how geyser confessed. he says he read miranda rights to the girl and she waived more about what happened. i asked her where the blood came from. she told me she was forced to stab her best friend to death. .. telling renkis the girls committed the crime for slenderman. she told me she had a sleepover and she and another girl stabbed a girl and they were forced to stab her. a detective who interviewed geyser on videotape says he had

geyser if she understood her rights but did not re read her the miranda rights again. morgan geyser is being interviewed by a psychiatrist preparing a report on her mental health issues. ?while the judge ruled today to separate the trials... he will decision on geyser's confession.. at a later date. live in the newsroom myra sanchick fox6 news steph thanks myra the two women charged in connection to the death of a seven- year-old boy p 44-year-old etter hughes and 47-year old mary martinez are charged with neglecting a child and child abuse. trevion winnigham was in their care when he was taken to the hospital late last month. investigators say the boy was badly bruised and malnourished when he died. the man accused of drowning his infant son reaches a plea deal. 25-year-old sean flowers' trial was supposed to start today-- instead he pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree reckless homicide.

when a witness tried to save him flowers swam into even deeper water. his sentencing is scheduled for late january. the man arrested for allegedly threatening the wauwatosa police department will not be charged. instead he'll get a municipal citation for "unlawful use of a telephone". police say the threat was one of several made last week-- after it was announced no charges will be filed against the officer who shot and killed jay anderson. investigating an attempted sexual assault inside a ymca on the city's north side. the alleged incident occurred at the y branch at 14th and north. fox6's madeline anderson talks exclusively with the victim about what happened. it's been nearly two months since a member of this ymca on west north ave has been back-- still too shaken to use the facility.

recognized. the 27-year-old woman... who wants to remain anonymous for her safety... says on october 15th... a man went into the women's locker room and tried to sexually assault her. when i got out of the shower, we met face to face. i just stopped like, i was very stunned. he forced me back into the shower and he closed the curtain behind him and blocked himself where i couldnt get out. that's when the woman says a mom and her child walked in... and spooked the man... who a reported the incident to y-staff and to milwaukee police.. an mpd spokesman says officers are currently investigating. but with the suspect still out there... the woman fears he will try to do this again to someone else. that is the ultimate reason why i wanted to come forward. because there are a lot of children who attend this ymca. the ymca's operations executive tells me the y has fully cooperated with police... and turned over the names of people who checked in on october 15th... as well as any surveillance video from that

port washington police are trying to identify the three men accused of beating a bartender over the weekend. it happened at schooner pub early saturday morning. police say they are actively pursuing new leads-- but if you have any information that would help-- give officers

aaron rodgers is already in the rest and rehab mode for the calf injury he suffered early in yesterday's win over the seahawks.... coach mike mccarthy says today that as long as rodgers can demonstrate good footwork, he should be able to function sunday at chicago.... the team is clearly functioning better after rodgers talked of running the table three weeks, and three wins ago..... here's brandon cruz... r-e-l-a-x. well this season, aaron rodgers said this team can roll through the rest of the way, as they can put it on their shoulders and win out. well the rest of the team has been listening and so far so good. well, shoot if he said it then he need to back it up. you know, we trust him and we'll fight for him any day. when he says something, that is our leader. we listen to what he says and what his mentality is, but at the same time every
