place to go julie collins joins us live outside a warming shelter in west allis with details - julie? the frigid cold can be dangerous. in a news conference early this week milwaukee mayor tom barrett said the cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. to help those in need local warming shelters began opening... the homeless u emergency warming shelter in west allis wednesday night. they welcomed people into the basement of the chapel at 81st and lapham. the group also went out looking for those in need and brought them back to the church. the demand for help spikes this time of year and the folks at the impact 2-1-1 call center-- are busier than ever connecting callers with the help they're looking for - assisting many in finding shelter. 58:41 any given day, we take

to figure out how o'neal--who's from north carolina-- ended up in the water. a racine sanitation worker is killed on the job. officials say mark gates was collecting recyclables on his route yesterday morning when a car crashed into his garbage truck. gates was flown to froedtert hospital where he later died. he was also the pastor at christ chapel in racine. church members say he did a lot for the community... healing spa, and lilac massage were the focus of a police investigation the past few months. the investigation also included an undercover detective going inside these massage parlors to see what would happen. police say the businesses offered sexual massages on a website called "back page"...and had received numerous complaints. the girls we arrested were all from china. men would go into the parlors and there were many people would go in for regular massages. some however would offer extra money, cash tips for police say they had to find an interpreter to interview the women -- as they spoke mandarin. milwaukee police are asking for your help to find several robbery suspects. the first happened two sundays ago at the "cosmo beauty supply" near 56th and capitol. three people walked in -- grabbed
