back outside and there was no damage whatsoever. >> reporter: thick heavy smoke is acting as a lid and helping these question crews get ahead of the flames. with little visibility, they can't fly firefighting aircraft. that smoke can lead to airport delays for travelers. reena and phillip? a horrifying scene in new york. a casino bus crashes into a three-story building. at least six were injured. the driver was pinned inside the bus till rescue workers freed him. authorities say the driver made a sharp turn trying to avoid hitting another vehicle. the driver of that vehicle has been issued a summons for making a legal left turn. more testimony in that sext an assault case at an elite prep school. former students telling the jury the defendant told him he did have sex with the accuser. gio benitez is there. >> reporter: students and graduates of the elite new hampshire prep school, st. paul's, have taken the stand. testifying that their friend, 19-year-old owen labrie, told them he had sex with a 15-year-old schoolmate last year.

>> i had left under the impression that they did have sex in the time wherever they were. >> did he tell you not to tell anyone? >> i believe so, yes. >> reporter: in an emotional three days of testimony last week, the alleged victim, now 16, says labrie raped her. but labrie denies ever having sex with the girl. his defense attorney challenges her story. >> well, why were you cloudy? >> i was raped. >> reporter: the detective remembers going back to the scene with the girl. >> she started crying. she was unable to talk to me or answer any questions beyond pointing out the area that owen had put a blanket down. >> reporter: the defense is frying to establish reasonable doubt by saying labrie's messages about sex were just teenage exaggerations. he's plead not guilty and he could end up being the defense's only witness to take the stand. gio benitez, abc news, concord,

which was parked near the prison. this is the latest battleground for law enforcement particularly prison officials. officials have reported recent attempts to smuggle illegal contraband into prisons using crohns in south carolina and ohio. we're getting a look inside a brazen prison break. two con vicks in upstate new york who broke free earlier this summer. >> it shows every step of a high stakes 20-minute journey making their way to temporary freedom. abc's linzie janis has the video. >> reporter: this obtained by abc news revealing how david sweat and richard matt raced from their prison cells to freedom in just 20 minutes. shot by two investigators, the video shows how the inmates crawled through holes in their cells onto the catwalks behind. then shimmying down four floors to the prison's underground tunnel system. in nine minutes they made it the length of two cell blocks and are entering the last one. >> approaching the first significantly tight squeeze. >> reporter: minutes later,
