she was on her way to visit her family when her car ran out of gas in arizona. she spent the night in her car, but the next day, she ventured off to find help. she did not mind any, and after several days, she went to find food. hoping aed until sunup car a truck, anything would go by. i did not care. she says she and her pets used desert plants to survive. she used the carcass of an elk to write a giant help sign so helicopters could find her. on the ninth day, she was finally rescued. people in texas are spending a second day cleaning up after severe storms. a hailstorm pelted the san antonio area again. some as large as baseballs. andhail damaged cars

at 54. we will get close to 60, especially south of washington. probably a high of about 58 degrees, about eight degrees below average, but with sunshine, it's just fine. sunset tonight at 7:44. the cold front from yesterday hanging off shore. the storms from last night in san antonio are now running across the mississippi delta area. everything will stay south. we may get a couple of clouds picking up from a little band moving across michigan, but that's about it. 4:00ll be mostly clear by in the morning, and by that time, there could be a few areas north and west of washington. could briefly get to the 32-degree mark. in many areas, the growing season is well under way. most of the metro area should stay well under freezing. r
