so, how did the agency's 65-hundred agents, uniformed officers and support personnel lose or have stolen nearly 12,000 critical items since 2001? these include laptops, tablets, cell phones, badges, and weapons. even automobiles. the agency had 69 guns lost or stolen in just one year. they're not alone. the gao examined wireless device accountability practices at 15 federal agencies. it's not just good business. it's federal law. washington spends 1.2 billion taxpayer dollars on one and-a-half million cel year. ten agencies had no idea how many devices they had or where they were. for example, the irs was clueless who possessed 29,000 cell phones. but it was paying for them. with your money. the federal government is notorious for not holding workers accountable for bad or irresponsible behavior. each year,

fatal shooting of a teen in west virginia. 62-year-old william pulliam confessed to shooting 15-year-old james means during a confrontation on a street. after the teen charged at him holding a gun. during a court hearing-- police say the incident was captured on a nearby home's surveillence camera. and the video shows a much different account of what happened. police say the teen did have a b-b gun in his waistband.

revealed that pulliam knew the gun was fake before he pulled out his gun and shot the teen. he is now charged with first degree murder. more problems for disgraced former congressman anthony weiner.. new york city is fining him 65-thousand dollars. the city's campaign finance board says weiner paid for personal expenses with campaign cash during his run for mayor in 20-13. the board says weiner improperly used campaign money to cover expenses including a personal phone and dry cleaning. to kick off the holiday season. last night, the first family- lit the national christmas tree on the ellipse. it was the last lighting for the obama family. everyone lucky enough to enjoy the star-studded event got their tickets by entering a lottery. many were happy to

coach who reported seeing coach jerry sandusky sexually abusing a boy.. a judge is awarding mike mcqueary's five million dollars. he sued penn state for the negative treatment he recieved after sandusky was arrested. that money is on top of the awarded him. sandusky is now serving 30 to 60 years in state prison for child molestation. four children and two adults are recovering from minor injuries, after a crash in hialeah, florida involving a school bus. surveillance video captured the moments before the crash. the bus swerved to avoid a nissan, which police say blew through a stop sign. the bus ended up crashing into the wall of a house.

says this is the second time a vehicle has hit the wall in the past five months. he says he does not have insurance for his property. police say the driver of the nissan will be ticketed. and he may have to pay for the damage. well you don't get to be king without accumulating lots of hardware. and lebron james now has a new award for the trophy case. he is sports illustrated's 2016 sportsperson of the year. the magazine says they chose the cleveland cavaliers star for his historic performances across all sports. this year james helped deliver the city of cleveland its fi 1964. this is the second time james has been named s-i's sportsperson of the year-- the last time in 2012. good news for harry potter fans.
