unmarked montgomery county police cruiser is under investigation this morning. the cruiser collided with a scooter last night at veirs mill road and norris drive in wheaton. the person on the scooter was killed. there's still no word on that person's identity. veirs mill road was shut down for about five hours. it's xx and we're just getting started. started. right now -- hurricane irma wreaking havoc as it barrels through the atlantic. wind speeds reaching 185 miles per hour -- with gusts up to 225!! now folks in

off to a rocky start at greenbelt middle school.. as far as buses are concerned. some parents say the school bus never arrived yesterday morning. tony blount says he waited for up to 40 minutes, then ended up driving his children to school. they ended up being late for class. at the end of the day, the children got on the school bus, but encountered more problems. we reached out to the prince george's county school system. so far, we have not received a response. caught on camera -- a wild story out of texas this morning. a woman- leading police officers on a chase. she slips out of her handcuffs - squirms her way through a 12-inch hole leading to the front seat, and takes off in a patrol car! she reaches
