talking with mesa mayor john giles. minutes earlier-- giles asked senator flake about the possibility of him running for president in 2020. the president fired back on twitter on sunday. he tweeted: "senator jeff flake, who is unelectable in the great state of arizona.. was caught (purposely) on mike' saying bad things about your favorite president. he'll be a no on tax cuts because his political career anyway is toast.'" senator flake's office responded-- saying the senator is "still reviewing" the tax bill and that his vote "will have nothing to do with the president." only on seven.. an exclusive interview with the father of the latest alleged white house fence jumper. 24-year-old victor merswin was arrested less than 24 hours ago. he's accused of jumping over fenced bike racks into an unauthorized area, while trying to get onto white house property. the incident report states, he told a secret service agent he had to speak with the president. merswin's father says his son has menl

highway in pinellas county, florida! a single-engine plane was experiencing engine problems, and the pilot was forced to land on a highway. on the way down, part of the plane hit a tree. a sheriff's deputy's dashcam captured the video. paramedics quickly responded. the pilot and his passenger walked

ground was hurt. developing now.. a revolutionary way of using d-n-a is credited with helping solve a murder in brown county, texas. the work was done at a lab in reston, virginia. chantay blankinship was found beaten to death in may of last year. the case was unsolved until investigators decided to use what's called "snapshot" testing, using the killer's d-n-a. the method determines predictions for skin, eye, and hair color, as well as ancestry. a computer-generate d image was created, based on the information. police released the image, and received tips. that led 21-year-old ryan riggs to confess to the crime. he was a former neighbor of the victim, and attended the same church. he's expected in court today. the crowd was on it's feet a lot last
