being extended to one hour... and the cellphone lot is being expanded by 50 spaces. no matter how you're traveling -- abc7 is here to help. download our news app for traffic updates before you go. developing now.. a fairfax county school bus driver and an aide are accused of attacking an 11-year-old boy with autism. james duffy and edmund bailey are charged with assault and battery. police say the boy was assaulted twice last month on a school bus. charges were filed after police reviewed surveillance video. they say the boy was pushed and shoved, but was not hurt. abc-seven asked the bus driver to comment, and this is all he would say: authorities say the attacks were unprovoked. and they say a school system employee witnessed the second incident, and reported it. the driver is now on leave. the aide has resigned. breaking this morning-- a major gas pipeline shut down overnight-- cutting off fuel to this huge fireball near detroit michigan. the flames erupted after a leak on the high-pressure gas main

there have been no report of injuries, but the blast did knock out 9-1-1 operation to the entire county. the cause of the fire still unknown. but overnight police did confirm that there were construction crews nearby, excavating and leveling the ground around a nearby costco. back here at home - dash cam video showing the moment prince george's county firefighters pull up to a house engulfed in flames. you can see the flames shooting from the home on mchenry lane in lanham. the family -- which includes two children -- made it out safely. no word how the fire started. developing now at 5:xx - journalists charlie rose and glenn thrush facing accusations of sexual harrassment. t-v host charlie rose -- suspended this morning from c-b-s and p-b-s... after eight women told the washington post about unwanted sexual advances by rose. in a statement to the post -- rose apologized for inappropriate behavior- and said he was embarassed. he went on to say, "i always felt that i was pursuing shared feelings...

the republican candidate is ahead by just 82 votes. an update now on a story we followed last week in pennsylvania. 4 people now missing after a 5 alarm fire at a nursing home. the four missing residents are betwen 85-and 93 years old. emergency officials say almost 160 people, most of them elderly residents, were rescued from that building. the cause of the fire is still unknown, but investigators are saying right now that it started at the back of the building. hundreds of victims of the las vegas massacre - now filing a lawsuit in a california court. the suits were filed against m-g-m grand resorts, concert organizers, and the estate of shooter stephen paddock. the largest includes 450 people who were either injured or witnessed the shooting. attorneys say concert security was not up to par at the route 91 harvest festival. new york city leaders say millions of people planning to attend this year's thanksgiving day parade will be safe. it's been less than a month since a man drove a pick up truck into people on a bike path in

bristow area has been found safe. prince william county police said breonia thomas was located in d-c.. but the other two are still missing. all three girls left the bristow area more than a week ago. the fbi is now involved in the search because police believe the teens may have all left the state. a good ending - after this emergency landing in hollywood, maryland. the pilot - was not hurt. he had radio-ed that his gear wasn't working. he burned off fuel - then successfullly landed the plane. no word on what caused the malfunction. only on 7 this morning another pilot- speaking out about the landing of his life. a father - with his two children on board - all walking away unscathed after a terrifying mid-air emergency last week. chris curry was forced to land his small plane on a highway ramp in annapolis. curry is an active duty united states

vladimir putin. this comes after putin held a surprise meeting with syrian leader bashar al assaad. putin is expected to talk with president trump about the resolution of the syrian civil war.. now heading into it's fifth year. happening now, d.c.'s attorney general is suing the austin-royster funeral home. the lawsuit claims the northwest d.c. business ripped off customers. when 60-year-old levolia hayes died, his family turned to that funeral home. d.c.'s attorney general says it received his 53-thousand dollar life insurance check to cover the 57-hundred dollar funeral. the funeral home was supposed to give the family the remaining 47-thousand dollars. but after calls, texts, and a few drives from florida to d.c., the family received only one check, which bounced. austin-royster is also accused of operating without a license. abc-seven called and messaged the funeral workers
