they were able to get the dog to the e animal hospital where they say his wounds show he was tied to a vehicle on purpose. the dog is now recovering and billy ray husky arrested today. police continue to search for a man who sexual assaulted a girl on the usc campus over the weekend around 3:30 a.m. saturday morning on the 800 block of barnwell street. an armed american forced her to go with -- man forced her to go assaulted her. anyone with information is asked to call crime stoppers at deputies arrested a suspect -- deputies arrested a suspect christopher dixon. he broke into a home on tower road and stole several items. at 2:40 deputies responded to

they saw foot print and they heard somebodyane wooded area. -- somebody in a wooded they are and in the they found dixon bleeding from an injury he got running from the woods and deputies found a blanket he was using to carry the items off he stolen. he was taken to jail. three teens arrested with a fatal drug related shooting of a 19-year-old victim. he was shot saturday night. two 19-year-old boys were charged with murder and a 15- year-old girl was also charged in connection with the deadly shooting. ficers say it wawasupposed to be a drug exchange that turned into an attempted robbery. expanding operations in south carolina. the laboratories is building a new facility in lexington county.

the republican primary is february 20. democratic is february 27. presidential candidates make their way through the state. tomorrow ted cruz will be campaigning in the upstate. he will be at td convention center at 7:00 p.m. that is free and open to the public. but seating is limited. you will want to get there early. on friday donald trump will be in florence. he is hosting a campaign rally at the civic center from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. it is free and open to the public and on the democratic side, bill clinton will be in columbia on wednesday to campaign for hillary clinton. it will be at john hurst gym at allen university. he will be joined by several democratic members to discuss issues facing communities across our state. prior to the event at allen university. it starts at 6:00 p.m. doors open at 4:30 p.m.

now and with the recent floods the road conditions are not getting any better. good evening and thank you for being with us. i am jr "b." >> -- i am jr berry. >> i am darci strickland. . >> the area is decker boulevard and park lane intersection with 2 notch road. we got several calls to our on your sideline. one driver is fed up with getting the run around and so i made calls and found out south carolina department of transportation is responsible for that stretch of roadway. >> i had two flat tires. just from trying to swerve the pot hole but hitting the pot hole to avoid another car coming into my lane. >> reporter: she drives the stretch of road along decker boulevard, park lane road and two notch road every day. .
