say they were traveling in. >> travel outside the diplomat hotel in hollywood, trey mason of the los angeles rams tazed during the traffic stop. looking to news ahead of photos of what happened. >> former first lady nancy reagan passing away this morning at her l.a. home. we take a look back at her life and legacy. we start - - amber alert issued after this one year old from miami disappear sd d. >> the boy's mother is suspect offed havinin him, but she doesn't have legal custody of the travel. >> breaking details right now, the car she was traveling in has been recovered. the race to find the mother and the son is our top story tonight. >> the two have been missing since last night. update, terrell. >> that car was recovered just within the past hour. we know that that mazda was parked in this grassy area on south west 27th street and 32nd avenue.

within the past few moments. we know tonight that that amber alert for that one year old boy and his moms still active. >> the mazda c -5 recovered late this afternoon, the car the subject of a statewide amber alert now has heavy front end damage. no sign of little logan, the one year old boy disappeared from his bedroom overnight where his caretaker last put him to bed. the child, last seen in children's pajamas, is believed to be with his biological mom, hernandez who did n have custody of the boy. >> tango - - . >> in spanish, rebecca rodriguez tells us she was awarded temporary custody by the courts and that the child's mom was allowed to have contact with h one year old son, but only during supervised visits. lea beth appeared to have defied the woman's trust, and snuck away with the boys the care taker slept.

mom m ll do any harm to the child, who left behind many of his stuffed animals. the care taker thinks bet last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans was scared of the idea of possibly never seeing her son again, and t 29 year old woman went about things in the wrong way. and again,hat caretaker who did have parental custody is the mother of bet's current boyfriend. now again, the breaking details tonight, police have recovered the vehicle that was the cter of this amber alert. it is now being taken away to a police facility, but again there's no sign of 29 year old bet or her one year old s logan. if you know where these two people are, certainly pick up the phone, detectives say don't waste any time, and give police a call. live in miami, tonig local 10 news. >> also at 6:00 p.m., drama outside the diplomat hotel in hollywood. police say trey mason had to be

during a t tffic stop. only local 10 news has pictures of what happened next. live in hollywood with the exclusive tonight. michael. >> well, carlos right now hollywood police confirming the los angeles rams running back was taken tothis hospital after he was tazed on saturday. his condition unclear right now because of the on goingng criminal investigation. i want to show you these are those exclusive photos. this is trey mason on a stretcher after police say he refused to listen to their orders during that traffic stop so they tazed him. again, he was arrested along south ocean drive right in front of the diplomat resort in hollywood. he'll be booked in on charges of possession of marijuana investigates say he was driring 70-miles per hour, that's twice the speed limit in his 2011 porsche. it's the off-season for the running back. we're told he lives in delray beach and earlier today we spoke with the canadian couple who told us that they were on an afternoon stroll when ty

crews brought in a pump to try to keep it afloat while they pulled the two people out to safety. the coast guard, though, later helped tow the boat back to the marina. >> arash at the daytona speedway sent several people to the hospital and ended with a person behind bars. the crash didt happen on the track or involve any racers. forty-three year old abbey kinney was arrested for plowing her pick-up truck into six cars and four vans that were camped outside. police say she was drunk and later admitted to knocking back three beers. >> she had the small cab up there, and then she kept on going, then hit another camper. i mean, first she didn't know where she was at, she came out whatever. she didn't know where she was at >> the four people that were hurt should be okay. was charged with dui. >> coming up, marco rubio aiminga victory in the race for the white house just one day after donald trump calls for him to quick, the latest on vote
