it happens inside of this townhouse, just north of wilmington. police say that a 2-year-old apparently shot himself in the head while playing with a gun. neighbors heard his mother screaming. >> when i was getting off work, she was screaming so i ran outside to see what was going on, i heard her crying on the phone over there. >> the police arrived and minutes later followed by an ambulance, the boy was rushed to the dupont hospital. neighbors were surprised to hear there was a gun in the house, he could be seen playing with his older brother. >> a bright little kid, always

injured. in kentucky someone fire aid gun on the campus of fern creek high school in louisville. one child was injured but police have not said if that victim was shot. the gunman is still on the loose. that just hours after a shooting at a north carolina high school. in albemarle near charlotte. the man put down the gun and waited in the principal's office for police to show up. the vick testimony was hit in the neck and stomach. and now outside of baghdad, an attack, iraqi officials have confirmed that the base was indeed overrun. isis fighters took weapons and tanks when iraqi soldiers had to retreat. isis is targeting bases in the recent week as they move close

toward baghdad. swimmer, michael phelp was arrested after police say he was speeding and drinking drunk on i-95 in baltimore. they clocked his land rover at 95 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. this is phelp's second dui charge, a short time ago he tweeted an apology and understands the invest severity of his actions. the dow continues to fall back towards 17,000, down 28 points on the day and the nasdaq fell 12.5 and the s&p is down 5.5 points. paypal is break ago way from ebay, and will become its own publically traded company. and now they announced almost a year after billionaire posed the idea to the company. they bought back in 2002.

a man accused of beheading his co-worker in oklahoma could now face the death penalty. alton nolan was charged with first degree murder in last week's savage attack, police say he carried out the beheading at a food processing plan last thursday. after a co-worker complained about him and that worker was stabbed in the attack but he survived. a brazilian hotel employee is recovering after being held hostage for hours on live television. a man forced the victim into the room and handcuffed the worker and made him put on an explosive vestd and paraded him on to the balcony there. he then came handcuffed to the hostage to surrender.

the ramp from 95 northbound that is not open at this point because of crash we showed you a bit ago by the christiana mall, that ramp is shut down and normally it's a very busy ramp, if you are coming north from dover and odessa and bear, i'd bail out and work your way to 896 and head to newark that way. the ramp from highway 1 northbound at the christiana mall, the flyover ramp is shut down because of that nasty accident this afternoon. in hoe kes enwe have the tree blocking the road and one possibility around that, and claymont around the wilmington trust bank, watch for a crash at manor avenue. and 95 in delco headed towards the blue route, they are continuing to do the money construction. this is the southbound ramp to the northbound side of 476.
