entire "action news" weather team. a driver is in serious condition after being burned in the car fire in the roxborough section of philadelphia, smoke and flames could be seen shoot frgt scene after 4:00 this morning near nixon street, the driver lost control and slam nood a utility pole and wired came down on to the car catching it on fire, the driver suffered third degree burns and smoke inhalation. police are looking for a thief that stole dozens of bras from a retailer, they released this photo of the suspect from the oxford valley mall on saturday at victoria's secret. the thief took an hour looking at merchandise and then stole 86 bras and walked out. the estimated cost is $3400.
