and fire crews on the scene, ravens cliff drive watch for that. in hunting park section of the city, an accident at hunting park avenue. stick to 9th and luzerne. in southwest philadelphia, a fire under control. crews at upland and 61st. we have speeds on the blue route and i-95 in the 50s. let's he go back to the -- let's go back to the incident you just mentioned hit-and-run underway at this moment. happened at the intersection of 5th and hunting park avenue. police called to the scene of a shooting, the victim a 45-year-old man showed signs of being struck by a vehicle. he suffered a few injuries, police found car parts on the scene, as well. they say the victim, a 45-year-old man suffered road rash. he was struck by the vehicle and
suffered head injuries. no witnesses, police say there are numerous surveillance cameras in the area. they will take a look at those as the investigation continues. the victim was rushed hot hospital in critical condition. in the meantime no word on the driver. fast-moving fire damaging a home in marple township, delaware county. this fire broke out just before 5:00 a.m. on raven cliff drive near old state road. it caused evacuations there. the fire breaking out inside a townhouse. knew construction in marple township. some of the homes are occupied, so far no reports of injuries. and we have new details about an unresponsive man who was pulled out of the delaware river last night. philadelphia rushed the middle aged man to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. the victim is believed to be a construction work. he fell through the flooring of
pier 78 along 2000 block of christopher columbus boulevard. police found his hard hat and car parked nearby. there's no information available on what project he was working on in that location. police are looking for two suspects who triggered a blazes gun battle. the two men entered the tattoo parlor in the star berry mansion section. one -- strawberry mansion section of philadelphia. two men pulled a gun and announced a robbery and the owner pulled a gun and the two suspects fled. fortunately this was caught on the surveillance cameras at the tattoo parlor. a customer was wounded in the leg he is expected to be okay. president obama called for a moon shot to cure cancer, and

haddonfield road with a downed pole. 25 degrees in quakertown, 33 in center city. 28 in hammonton, but a mild 40 in dover, delaware. today for the high we'll see increasing clouds and a high of 352 degrees, the rain doesn't arrive until after the evening commute. new video has been released of a another fatal shooting of a black teenager by a white police officer in chicago. this is surveillance video of the chase of the 17-year-old cedric chatman. he fired after he turned toward officers with an object he believed to be a gun. it turned out to be a cell phone case. his mother is suing the city. new on "action news," a change in the case of a woman who said she was gang raped in a brooklyn park last week. as question his swirl, the suspects have been released. the victim said she was drinking
with her father in the park when the suspects assaulted her. the suspects say the sex was consensual. police chief said the case is complex. we'll have to wait over the next several days as the interviews continue and they try to put together exactly what happened we're going through several variations. the five suspects have been jailed on rape charges, three were freed while the brooklyn district attorney tries to gather new evidence. a fourthth teen who posted bail will get a refund. the 5th suspect is being held on prior charges.
