complaints of drinking and parties off campus. they will identify trouble spots for police, fines for under-age drinking will increase, as well. we'll have a live report in the next half-hour. villanova students are getting another day off to celebrate the national champions. the university and law school canceled classes tomorrow so people can attend the parade. administrators are encouraging everyone to use the time to join in the festivities. the parade kicks off at 20th and market at 1:00 p.m. sharp. it heads east along market to dilworth park in front of city hall. the parade will impact drivers in center city market from 15th to 23rd will be blocked off 11:00 a.m. friday morning, as well as 15th street from jfk boulevard to chestnut. cross traffic will be affected
