parade again a couple of layers because it will be breezy in center city and temperatures in the 50s, not too bad, though. tomorrow we have an issue with wet snow falling, i think that's mainly wet roads, at night a freeze watch is in effect we'll see the temperatures dip below freezing in all the counties plants indoors again, all right. when i come back we'll detail the snow future tracker 6 and show you what where it's going to fall. >> reporter: we've been following a horrible accident scene at columbus and oregon avenue. two people were killed in the accident that has columbus boulevard blocked at this point. northbound they need allowing one lane get by. you can see emergency workers leaving northbound. southbound all lanes blocked at oregon avenue. i want to take you live to the tacony-palmyra traffic is moving once again. it was stopped for a bridge opening. looking better right now. we're dry at this point which is

the lanes. you want to move on to the closures you're going to see later today. starting at 11:00 a.m. getting ready for the nova celebration parade. market will be shut down 23rd and 15th and 15th and jfk and shut street. it starts at 11:00 a.m. they are hoping to have everything cleared out by the evening commute. it's not affecting the morning commute, but that's going to be the situation later on. take mass transit. they have extra service on the market frankford line, broad street line, norristown high speed line they are allowing extra capacity to take you there, the cars and buses will be detoured around city hall and dilworth park. it affects a lot of bus routes from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. satellite and radar showing we're dry, you can see showers mixed precipitation up north near the poconos. temperatures in the city are
