opener call and another round of rain for tomorrow morning's commute that's ahead in the seven-day forecast. so much for precipitation, we're done with it. we're a little wet as you travel on the schuylkill expressway, looking live at montgomery eastbound traffic heading toward center city. we had an accident, single vehicle on the schuylkill expressway that spun out and hit the guardrail. this is the boulevard, southbound traffic light volume touch slow, but not bad at all. on the ben franklin bridge, a few more people up and about coming into the city. no major delays on the ben. they are doing emergency construction on 422 eastbound right now. this is in douglassville closed between monica creek road and old swedes road. stick to center road to get around the temporary closure while they do the emergency roadwork. a fight left two people
injured. one stabbing victim flagged down police. while officers were rushing him to the hospital. they received a 911 call about a second person with stab wounds. both of expected to survive. two people are fighting for their lives after gunfire erupt the in two philadelphia neighborhoods minutes apart. the first shooting happened at wallace street in spring garden at 8:30. the victim was shot while pulling his car out of the driveway. he lost control of the car and smashed into the doors of a nearby church. the victim was taken to had anman hospital and in critical condition. a second unrelated shooting happened on the 2000 block of castor avenue in port richmond. a gunman blindsided the victim shooting him twice in the head. he was rushed to temple hospital where he remains in critical condition. police have not made any arrests in either shooting. investigator tell "action
news" the deadly shooting of a robbery suspect by an off-duty swat officer was justified. viewer video from the shooting shows the moments of a the shooting on the 5700 block at park an olney. the suspect was robbing an elderly person when the off-duty officer identified himself. he opened fire when the suspect pulled out a gun. the suspect took off running. during that chase they exchanged fire and that's when the suspect was shot and killed. we can find out more about the woman who was found inside a car that crashed into a creek. she drove into the creek on saturday night. police did not get the call until saturday morning when someone discovered the car submerged in the water. police say she had been at a family party when she left she headed for the creek instead of the main entrance. an autopsy will be performed today. new on "action news," secretary of state john john kes in japan for a meeting of
foreign ministers with the world's biggest industrialized nations. overnight he visited the memorial to the atomic bombing. his arrival in hiroshima was the first secretary of state to visit the city where the u.s. dropped the bomb in world war ii. while he did not offer an apology, he laid a wreath to commemorate all those who lost their lives. 60:00 -- 6:05 a.m., gas prices have jumped and you expect that to continue. par bell -- maribel is live at the nasdaq. >> reporter: a gallon of regular is averaging 2.10. gas in the philadelphia area is averaging 2.21 a gallon according to aaa that's 24 cent

popping through. by noon we think most of that is dieing down. in the afternoon we actually see some clearing and there could be the return of sunshine. i think there will be by 6:00 a.m. definitely that in play. you can see the next band of rain off to the north north andt not only at 6:00 p.m. but up to 11:00 p.m. we get done with the light sprinkles and we have drying and sun returning. in the lehigh valley, breezy conditions, 57 degrees is the high there. down the shore, clouds and sun later on. breezy conditions with a high of 60. in philadelphia we're going all the way up to 635 degrees which isn't bad around average for this time of year. maybe a little bit above average. sunshine expected. breezy and nice, winds will be a factor 12 to 25 miles per hour. if you're heading to the ballpark bring along a jacket it will be breezy and cool especially if you have seats in the shades. 65 in the middle of the game.

township. we have one in douglass villain accident we were talking -- douglassville, an accident we were talking about in the overnight hours. we're seeing a standstill reported on the waze app. a bunch of other people are talking about traveling at 2 miles per hour. the road is shut down it's closed between monica sea road and old swede road. use center road to get around the closure in douglassville. they are doing the emergency construction. one more issue, police in camden county said three people are involved in an accident blocking the right lane 130 southbound at union avenue. the crews are out there and trying to push it off to the side so it won't be blocking a lane too much longer. storm tracker 6 live double scan i think the culprit is the showers we have. it's not a lot of heavy rain but you're wet in pottstown and malvern and coatsville and wilmington, doylestown, wet in

a little bit ago blocking two left lanes, now blocking all lanes, i-95 northbound past 320 you're jammed from 452 to past 320. we see emergency workers dealing with it. we have a couple of vehicles that are involved. fire crews on the scene. this is the backup on i-95 northbound traffic going along, a truck kind of stopped on the side in addition to the accident. we've got lots of problems, i-95 all lanes blocked at 320. you can see how jammed you are, 28 minute ride northbound on i-95 from delaware to the blue route. that's four times the time it would normally take, big accident on i-95 northbound. we have a bunch of things issues in pennsauken there's a multi-vehicle accident blocking the intersection trying to push it off to the side, 130 southbound at union avenue. 42, northbound traffic busy coming up from deptford or
