survive. this happened 200 feet from another shooting late wednesday night. they do not believe the incidents are related. "action news" has learned that criminal charges are expected to be filed for three teens involved in the deadly beating of a delaware teen at a school. annie mccormick is live outside wilmington police with the full story. annie? >> reporter: matt, sources are saying that three students will be charged in the death of amy joyner-francis we are told that the charges are immanent at this time. we are learning details about what exactly transpired that game. it was a week ago that the 16-year-old died in the howard high school bathroom. sources close to the investigation said during an altercation with three other female students was knocked to the ground and stabbed repeatedly with pencils. one of the teens slammed the victim's head into a bathroom sink and later died while being
