domestic dispute turns deadly when a montgomery woman gunnels down her husband in their home. storm tracker 6 live is tired and it doesn't want to take it any more. it's sick of tracking rain, but we told it has to do it a little bit more this week. the person in charge of storm tracker 6 live is david murphy outside, we have karen rogers taking a look at the commute. >> reporter: i have a certain co-anchor who is sick of the rain. we have rain down south. let's show you that on storm tracker 6 live double scan this is pushing through millville and out of the northeast and pushing toward the southwest. him that's unusual, we have an area of low pressure off the coast and we have counter clockwise rotation afternoon it. that's why the rain is coming in from an odd direction. as the low gets its act together later on today we'll have additional showers coming through the region, but we're in the process of transitioning to

for three to four men and one is armed. no injuries were reported. tragedy struck too late at another school tragedy struck over the weekend this is the work of a drunk driver. katherine scott has more on the tragedy. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, that's right when students arrive there will be counselors here to help the grieving student. the victim was a senior at burlington city high school. he was only 17 years old. investigators say an -- antwan timbers junior was walking with a friend at 1:08 a.m. when he was struck by a car and killed. 42-year-old ricardo j. patterson iii was behind the wheel and remained at the scene.

he was arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving. the prosecutor's office will make the determination if criminal charges are warranted. among the factors are the results of a toxicology test. burlington city police worked with crisis teams and grief counselorses will be at the school today. anyone who witnessed the accidents is asked to call burlington city police with any information. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." new on "action news," a patco railroad worker was injured this morning when his work truck flipped over on the tracks. the worker was thrown from the vehicle. it happened at the wood crest station in cherry hill at 1:30 a.m. patco said the worker was not seriously hurt. new an official at cabrini college confirmed that cabrini professor died in a crash.

he was walking along wayne avenue in wayne saturday night. the driver remained at the scene. cabrini has not released his name. he died of his injuries. the search is on for a killer who dpunld -- gunned down a 14-year-old boy and wounded two others. the victim is zenas powell and his cousin quamar powell was critically injured. police say the teens were not the intended victims. the third victim shareholder the frightening moments she nearly lost her life in the hail of gunfire. hear her story in the next half-hour. a montgomery county woman is underarrest accused of shooting her -- under arrest cooled of shooting her husband to death. police were called for a domestic dispute and found 67-year-old man dead in the garage. the man was shot five times. makeneighbors say they heard the

will do you just fine this morning. as we take a look at future tracker between now and 12 you can see how the clouds are thinning out a little bit. more of the region may see more sunshine. we get into the afternoon after 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., up to 5:00 p.m., there's a chance of a couple more trails of shower activity out of the northeast. it's an area of low pressure off the coast, all this stuff is pinwheeling around it. looks like this gets out of here by 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. as we look at the allentown forecast getting up to 76 degrees up in the mountains, clouds and sun, spotty showers can't be ruled out. the showers won't be everywhere. they will not be a super big impact on your weather this afternoon. some of you might get caught in few of them training through. down the shore, showers, 66 the high there. in philadelphia, clouds and sun, a spotty shower can't be ruled out at times. the best chance of the afternoon

traffic heading toward the schuylkill expressway. you're jamming up as you enter the the schuylkill expressway. we can see from the shot some of the low clouds around. watch for that, matt. new this morning, fire forced ten people from their apartments in south jersey. the flames broke out in a second floor unit wood lane crossing complex in burlington county. smoke and water presenterred people from returning -- prevented people from returning to 6 apartments, no injuries were reported. a family in chester were torn apart by gunfire meant for someone's. the victims were teenage cousin as one was killed. annie mccormick has the full story. >> reporter: matt, city officials and police are urging anybody with information on the shooting to come forward. this shooting killed a 14-year-old and injuredded teen cousin -- injured his teen cousin and wounded another woman. there's no remorse, no nothing.

they didn't care. jenene shipley was one of three people shot saturday night on pine street. shipley broke to "action news" after her release from the hospital. family members identified the teenager killed sunday as 14-year-old zenas powell they also identified his 16-year-old cousin quamar powell who was critically injured in the shooting. shipley was a passenger in the car talking to the cousins on the sidewalk when two men emerged from the alley and started shooting. nas is said to have been a good kid and went to the store for food and never made it back to his grandmother. they did not deserve that. >> reporter: and police are saying they do not believe the teens were the intended target.

at this hour they are not saying who is. the other teen who was wounded remains in the hospital in critical condition. reporting live outside chester police headquarters, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." thank you for that. grief counselors will be at work yet again in the area this time trying to help students in south jersey upset over a classmate's death due to a drunk driver. the crash killed 17-year-old antwan timbers junior when he was hit early sunday morning along route 130 in you burlington. part son is charged with dui and -- patterson is charged with dui and reckless driving. a driver struck an off duty septa police officer and kept going. he was running in the mayfair section yesterday afternoon. the transit officer will undergo surgery for a broken collarbone and leg fracture. president obama is in vietnam the first stop of his week long visit to asia.
