own funeral a decade ago. officials say they have determined the cause of a fiery train derailment. now the details on the developing story, several vehicles have crashed on the schuylkill expressway causing major delays. the accident is in the westbound lanes of the schuylkill expressway near the conshohocken curve. this is video from a short time ago. it happened at 11:00 a.m. five vehicles were involved. westbound traffic is blocked for miles and eastbound impacted. at this point in time when the video was taken only one lane was getting by on the eastbound side of the road. we are told two people were injured and taken away to local hospitals. no word on what caused the crash. as we look back live from our camera traffic you can see at this point now, all lanes westbound remain closed at the conshohocken curve. they are getting the vehicles up on the flat bed trucks and tow trucks trying to get them off the roadway.
eastbound we saw a wider angle. looks like both lanes are back open eastbound, but traffic just crawling along, so the schuylkill expressway simply a mess at this hour right here at the conshohocken curve after a multi-vehicle accident on the westbound side of the highway. we'll keep track of what's going on here and give you an update throughout the newscast. you can check back at 6abc.com. now, for some good news, as we check the forecast arc pleasant start to the workweek, last night's storms are far gone and the sun is shining bright. it's not that humid and it's a great day to get outside and enjoy it. karen rogers is doing that outside on the terrace. >> reporter: we should bring the weather center out here, that works for me, on sunny days. it's beautiful we have lots of sunshine and the humidity is dropping. it feels good, but it's warm for this time of the career. satellite and radar showing the storms from yesterday obviously

in the hospital this noon after being shot during an attempted carjacking in olney. it happened along 5600 block of north lawrence street. the victim and three witnesses were in the car when the twomen walked up and tapped on the glass and announced a robbery. the gunmen fired at the car, the teenager was shot in the shoulder. police were called to the 600 block of east lippencot street where they found the male victim with a gunshot to his stomach. police say someone drove up to the victim and opened fire. no arrests have been made. a man is recovering after being pistol whipped by someone who broke into his northeast philadelphia home. it happened on the 3900 block of roosevelt boulevard. police say the male suspect attacked the homeowner and left without taking anything. a motive happens not been
revealed in the investigation. louisville, kentucky is getting ready to play host to the world in celebration of muhammad ali's life. the boxing legend died friday after a long battle with parkinsons. todays daughter talking about his final days and marcy gonzalez is in louisville with more. >> reporter: his body back in louisville, his spirit honored around the world. he was a global figure. >> reporter: muhammad ali died friday at the age of 74 of septic shock do to unspecified natural causes following a 32-year-old battle with parkinsons. his family right by his side in his final moments. i'm sad, but iesh been sad for a long -- i've been sad for a long time, watching my father struggling with parkinsons i felt like he was trapped inside his body. i have comfort knowing he is not suffering any more. the funeral plans being

dogs in the county are competing. the police department is holding uspc national detecter dog trials. it's going on at the penn vet working dog center. 50 police k-9 teams throughout the u.s. and canada are taking part of they are being tested in areas of their special skills from searching vehicles and buildings. if they do well they earn apres. they are certified by an outside organization. day-to-day, this tells mic rely on him it tells me he is certified and he knows what he is doing. the teams will be back for another day of competition tomorrow. let's go back to the schuylkill expressway and update you on the crash that happened around 11:00 a.m. involving seven vehicles. two people went to the hospital. one lane is getting by
