release more details because there's no evidence of wrong doing by clinton. donald trump is heading to michigan for two rallies this afternoon. over the weekend he accused the justice department of trying to protect clinton. despite the comments trump's campaign manager sailed he plans to focus on healthcare, job creation and the fight against isis during the final weeks before the election. >> from our delaware newsroom, now, police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcycle driver on route 141 in new castle. appears the motorcycle collided with another car after 6:30 a.m. the southbound lanes of 141 are shut down and there's no word on when they may reopen. a pennsylvania turnpike toll booth worker was hit by a car in bucks county. chopper 6 hd over the bensalem interchange around 8:00 a.m. we're working to learn the condition of the worker. police have not commented on the details of the commission.

police have released information about a 66-year-old man struck and killed by a car in burling torn county. the victim was walking along a road when he was hit by the suv. bob brooks has the details from west hampton. >> reporter: police say appears to be an accident, the woman accused of hitting the man thought she hit a deer. it was dark and rainy all factors that lead to a tragedy in west hampton late last night. the pedestrian was hit by a driver and killed, never stopped to help. the man who was killed 66-year-old wayne williams junior of willingboro. he was walking when a woman in a white suv hit him. the woman in her 60s called police to say she hit a deer which is very common. >> this area behind the phyllis station it is loaded with deer.

>> reporter: after an hour of being hit, williams was spotted by another driver passing by. >> the area where he was struck there's not much a shoulder there. >> reporter: it doesn't look like the driver will be arrested. >> we're investigating it as an accident. she is a nurse she was shaken up about the incident. >> reporter: the investigation is in the preliminary stages. in fact detectives say they are not clear whether williams was in the road or on the shoulder. reporting in west hampton, bob brooks, channel 6 "action news." >> closing arguments continue today in the bridgegate trial. brigette kelly and bill baroni are accused of traffic jams on the george washington bridge. 89 former allies claim they were part of a legitimate traffic study. >> time to talk about

temperatures, accuweather says the trick-or-treat forecast is on the cooler side. as we look live from our cameras in center city. it's breezy, not a bad halloween him we have sunshine and skies are expected to stay dry throughout the night. david murphy joins us from the terrace. love your costume, david. >> reporter: i'm going as a weather guy, we have sunshine so far, there will be clouds sharing the skies with the blue as we go through the afternoon. take a look at satellite and radar you can see the cloud cover that was thicker overnight after the thunderstorms rolled through it is now breaking up. there are additional clouds that will sweep in from the west as the afternoon goes on. 50 degrees in philadelphia. 350 in allentown. 50 in reading, and 54 in wilmington. 354 in millville and 53 in cape may. there's a bit of a breeze blowing. we're at 9 miles per hour in philadelphia not too terrible. farther to the south in the

the flames broke out in a large buildings under construction in a residential area of oakland. a developer was planning to build 40 to 50 apartments in the new complex. no reports of injuries. a week long manhunt for a murder suspect is over. an oklahoma state trooper shot and killed michael vance junior during a chase. he is suspected of killing two relatives and wounding two police officers and carrying out multiple carjackings over last week. he was angry over a sexual assault case filed against him by a 15-year-old girl. about two-thirds of the emergency calls from the night of the pulse nightclub attack have been released. the city withheld 200 additional calls placed to and from the nightclub in june. today the judge is hearing arguments from the city fighting

against several news outlets who want the calls released. family members of those they don't died were invited to testify. 20 people were injured outside a nascar race in virginia. police say a driver fried to pass a jeep and hit the jeep and fans in the parking lot. the driver of the car is expected to face charges. alcohol was not a factor. a spirit airlines plane was delayed for several hours because of a possible bomb threat. passengers appear what appears to be law enforcement in the cabin on the runway in fort lauderdale. a man warnldz about a person -- warned about a person texting that a bomb was on the plane. passengers had to exit and be reexamined before taking off the. pope france stepped off his plane in sweden today.

>> well, the days of inexpensive gas almost over in new jersey. state's gas tax increase takes effect tomorrow. drivers will pay an extra 23 cents per gallon. the increase will help pay for an 8 year 16 billion transportation trust fund. it's part of the deal that eliminates the estate tax and lower it is sales tax. over the weekend alaska became the latest state to allow recreation marijuana sales to people 21 and over. dozens lined up to get inside the first retail store as soon as it opened on saturday. three more pot stores are expected to open in other cities in alaska in the coming days.

researchers have found the key to sticking to a fitness routine. they asked 800 penn students to do an exercise program and keep track of their progress online. the students who were given access to other people's standing from the website completed higher number of exercises over 11 weeks. researchers believe competition motivated more than any other factor. birth control for men showed promise in a new study. 266 men were given a hormonal birth control shot over 8 weeks. besides mood changes and other side effects, many said they would use male birth control if it was available. >> "action news" team working on news stories tonight beginning at 4:00 p.m.

stronger have eased back to 9 miles per hour. it's breezy out there, jacket weather through the afternoon. 54 in philadelphia and millville. up closer to 50 in allentown, trenton and lancaster. as we look at the cloud cover, it was thick last night as the thunderstorms rolled through, they are long gone. now we have a fair amount of sun with clouds popping up. there's additional cloud cover gathering like a ghoul to come in later on. it will wind up being partly sunny most of the day. 56 degrees in the lehigh valley, so cool there. down the shore, looks like 60 on the beach are partly sunny and cool. if you're down in atlantic city take a stroll. in philadelphia, 58 degrees, the winds are generally 8 to 16 miles per hour. i think over the next several 0 hours they will wind up lowering a little bit. by evening it will not be too terribly wind. 58 by 4:00 p.m. 57 by 5:00 p.m. 57 by 6:00 p.m.
