i-95 there's a couple of spots to clean up. we have ponding and puddling on the roads, karen. i-95 northbound in south philadelphia where we had a northbound crash that's gone north of broad street. what's happening people are flying along here at 70 or 75 miles per hour they are hitting puddles like that and losing control. so you have to drop the speeds this morning i know you get sick of hearing me say that, but please allow a few extra minutes. overnight construction at cottman has cleared out of the way, we didn't have any overnight work because of the wet weather on the vine street expressway, crews are expected to return tonight at 11:00 p.m. the roosevelt boulevard extension there's a lake at the start of the ridge avenue off-ramp. if that's your off-ramp and flying down the boulevard extension and and and exiting t, drop the speeds.

by the collingswood diner route 30 westbound is blocked at 130 come up the black horse pike as the alternate. >> let's go back to the scene that you just spoke about. action cam is there, let's take a look at what's going on. this is near as matt pointed out the collingswood diner, police called out to 201 west crescent boulevard, with reports of a single car crash. it's not clear what happened. we're told someone is in the vehicle trapped in the vehicle they are working to try to get them out of the vehicle. we see police we're told that there are firefighters and other emergency workers on the scene walking over to the scar trying to take a look here, you can see the impact must have been something else, looks like the windshield was knocked out and sitting on the hood of the car. we'll keep an eye on this and bring you more details as they come into us.

>> a family's desperate cries for help have been answered. tip callers helped philadelphia police make an arrest in the hit-and-run death of an 8-year-old school girl. annie mccormick is live at police headquarters with the update. >> reporter: good morning, tamala, sources say the detectives from the accident investigation division and homicide detectives did interview a suspect hours after the car that was used in the deadly hit-and-run was recovered. this is video of the vehicle that fit the description in the hit-and-run that did kill that little girl. police found the girl at a body recovery shop in frazier chester county yesterday. a suspect was taken into custody a short time later. now, november 18, 8-year-old was walking home from school with her intiblings when she was hit at 53rd and -- syllables when --

bullets blew out the drivers side and back windows. another shot went through the rear bumper. price have not indicated if the driver was in the van at the time. a police chase ended in a crash that killed an innocent woman. the vehicle being pursued a gray nissan broadsided the vehicle that she was in. four cars were involved in the smash up at 52nd and locust in west philadelphia last night. police took two men into custody. they were wanted for a shooting reported a half mile away. police are searching for a schoort who gunned down -- shooter who gunned down a man outside a condo in south jersey. it happened at the wood landslide condominiums in atlantic county last night. the atlantic county prosecutor is asking for witnesses to the killing to come forward. donald trump will launch his thank you tour tonight in ohio. first he is heading to the carrier plant in indianapolis

the action cam to the is in effect in collingswood new jersey, we are told that the person trapped in the one vehicle crash has been extricated from the vehicle and heading to the hospital. this is west crescent boulevard near the collingswood diner. perhaps the heavy rain and ponding on the roads may have had something to do with the single vehicle crash. the good news fire crews have
