feels bill cosby can't get a fair trial here. his case was a campaign issue be there's been a lot of publicity locally. they are asking the judge to move the trial out of the county or bring in other jurors. attorney general for bill cosby will argue that they can't get a fair trial in montgomery county. the defense said outside jurors should hear the case even before the start of the trial. cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting andrea constan. the judge ruled only one other accuser can testify at the trial. it was a blow to prosecutors who had asked that 13 other accusers testified to show cosby had a long pattern of similar behavior

. and the district attorney indicated he would not be 'posed to bringing jurors from another county, however he he is opposeo moving the trial outside of the county. live in norristown, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thank you katherine. an upsetting scene in the wissinoming section, vandals toppled hundreds of headstones at a jewish cemetary. the discovery was made yesterday morning. dozens of volunteers of all faith showed up to repair the damage. there's a $13,000 reward for information that leads to information on the vandals. >> we could learn more about a suspicious death in the olney section. police are trying to determine if a man's own pitbull puppy killed him. they were called to the home on rising sun avenue saturday night. they found a 21-year-old man with severe by the marks to his face, he was rushed to sign stein where he was pronounced

shore with the high of 52. in philadelphia, 46 and windy yesterday, today, 57 not as windy, just a little bit of a breeze, milder, sun and clouds as we go through the day. overnight tonight, not as cold, more clouds moving in, a spotty shower can't be ruled out a sprinkle here or there. 44 the overnight low, so it won't be as cold tomorrow morning as this morning. tomorrow afternoon we wind up with a high of 65 degrees, it will be very mild mainly cloudy skies, though, and perhaps spot showers or light rain i think the steadiest if you see steady rain will be later in the day and at night. the warm front pushing past us from the north. by the time we get into wednesday, we're likely in the 70s, however there's a chance of another line of heavy showers and thunderstorms coming through similar to what we had on saturday, again looks like the 3 to 8:00 p.m. period that we see the worst of that.
