bloomquist is on assignment. in the news the prosecution continues the sexual assault case against comedian bill cosby and one day away from the highly anticipated testimony from domy. and breaking news from radnor township. moments ago chopper 6 hd was over the chipotle restaurant on the 300 block of lancaster pike, police have shut down this location and arrested a restaurant employee for selling marijuana. there is a large police presence at the scene right now and we have a "action news" crew there with details and bringing you more information as it becomes available from radnor township. in montgomery county the sexual assault trial against bill cosby has entered its third day. he arrived at the courthouse this morning and the lawyers continued the cross-examination of andrea constand who says that cosby drugged and sexually

assaults her in 2004. jeanette reyes is live outside of the courthouse with the latest developments. >> reporter: well rick, this morning it was often tense in the courtroom as bill cosby's chief accuser vehemently defended her testimony. as the defense pointed to inconsistencies in her statements over the years. wearing a white blazer and light blue top. andrea constand walked toward courtroom room a for another day of often intention cross-examination. bill cosby came into the courtroom. high-profile defense attorney wasted no time in pointing out what she called insistsies in constand's statements.

david murphy is here with the lightest from accuweather. >> warm-up is coming and it's not here yet and it's cool across the region and not much showing up on stormtracker 6 we the sound and we don't have to worry about rain for the rest of the day. holes in the clouds and occasionally you see patches of blue and a chance over the next several hours there is more of a sunny break out right now mostly cloudy with a few sunny breaks and chilly as i mentioned. 61 in philadelphia and 62 in wilmington and 62 in allentown an degrees in cape may. we started out in the mid-50s across the region and some of u seen the temperatures come up. maybe 5 to 6 degrees since the early start of the morning. winds are not all that strong up to 9 miles per hour but enough of a breeze to notice the winds pop up to 13 to 14 miles per

meteorologist david murphy is back now with bursts of sunshine midweek. >> trickles of sunshine in spots, it has broken through temporarily. stormtracker 6 live double scan shows us the threat of showers appears to be nil. and as we look outside we'll give you a shot over the commodore barry bridge and it looks mostly cloudy and where it says sky 6 hd and a portion of the screen you see a bit of blue

poking out there. you see that every now and then and we got rid of the logo and you see the blue. we think there is a better chance of that break in the clouds continuing and growing a little bit better as we go over the next several hours into the later afternoon hours. 61 degrees cool enough for a jacket. the wind is not too bad a bit of a breeze. higher than that at times. 61 in philadelphia, 62 in wilmington and 62 in allentown and fairly even numbers and every now and then you get an out lier that is milder and 59 in cape may. future tracker 6 picking up the cloud cover story. again some breaks out there between now and 3:00 and 3:30, you see while it's not completely clear by 3:00, 4:00, 5:00. there are a couple more breaks opening up and by 7:00 you see the clouds thin out and later tonight you get stars back in play with partly cloudy skies
